Each unique room showcases handcrafted artisan pieces and one-of-a-kind treasures from the historic Silk Road that once linked Europe and Asia. Echoes of rustic Spain, lingering in New Mexico's Hispanic heritage, are reflected in the Seret style's trademark synthesis of East and West.

I stayed in this property in March 2021 to celebrate my 30th birthday. The staff left me a happy birthday card with chocolate covered strawberries which was sweet of them. I stayed in a premium one bedroom suite and it was so beautiful. The bathroom was so pretty I had to take pictures. It is close to most things in town. The staff were very friendly and would definitely stay here again.

I waited for some time to pass before I wrote my review to assure that I wasn’t being impulsive. After my recent travels to the Villa Kennedy in Frankfurt, I feel completely comfortable in what I am about to write.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
The rooms are truly decorated marvelously but just go the shop that owns the hotel to see the same pieces.
Our room was so unpleasantly odd. The bathroom door would squeak - waking my wife and I all night. There was a divider between the bedroom and sitting area, but it was not solid so you could not enjoy the spaces separately.

Everything about this lovely place is top notch. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and go above and beyond with each small action, even helping with reservations at local restaurants if needed. The food was tasty as well. There was absolutely nothing they could do to improve it as the place is perfect!

I have held off from my writing my review of Inn of the Five Graces for a few weeks since we returned home in order to fully process our time there, and in my opinion, give a fair and honest review.
As in all places, there are pros and cons, however, we felt that there were more cons and there were pros in this situation.
My husband and I booked this vacation so that we could have a relaxing time away before beginning IVF. We wanted rest (which is not uncommon on a vacation). Over the course of our stay we were in two rooms; the first being Magnolia, and the second being a suite (Cottonwood)

We loved most of our stay for the final night of our honeymoon. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, we very much appreciated their support. Our premium junior suite was a piece of art - everything from the floor to the woodwork & painted ceiling to the tile art walls. We drank a bottle of wine and walked around admiring every nook and cranny like it was our own personal museum. All the generous touches like the snacks, doggie welcome package (treats, toy, baggies, bed), Epsom salts for the bath, checker board, etc. were greatly appreciated. In-room breakfast was delicious, we got

The experience was exceptional. The rooms are varied, the service is impeccable, and the stay was all too short. It can be challenging to find since it is tucked away, but it is worth the one way streets and a few odd turns.
Warning - If you love corporate hotels and uniformity, you'll hate it here.

I've stayed in various hotels and Airbnb's in Santa Fe and by far my favorite place to stay has been at the Inn of the Five Graces. The property is historic and beautifully appointed with antique pieces, mosaics, and weaving by the famous Seret & Sons. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and furniture, and the bathroom had both a tub and AMAZING shower, as well as a skylight. There were gorgeous common spaces, both indoors and outdoors. We didn't check out the spa which would be a must do on our next trip. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the plaza

Short version:
We stay at B&B's or Inns as often as possible when on vacation. The Inn of the Five Graces is among the Top 3 we have ever stayed at on several continents.
Long version:
What is the difference between an 90% rating and a 99% rating? Both have comfortable beds, pleasant staff, are very clean, and generally deliver what is promised.
The details that elevate an inn to the level of "extraordinary" are:
** The front desk staff greeted us by name when we checked in.
** All of the staff knew it was our 50th anniversary, and warmly congratulated us. The management

The Inn IS, indeed, spectacular! The rooms are amazing, the spa is gorgeous and services are great. All people were friendly and interested in our experience during our stay. The reason for three stars? Bugs in our couch and the response when we mentioned it. The second night, I sat on a couch in our suite and believed I felt small bugs. Something like a flea but did not see anything. Our last night as I sat on the couch, I saw them. Even found one on my skin after sitting elsewhere. Very tiny black bugs. Upon checkout, I mentioned this and the response was, "Oh, they are probably

No words can describe the experience....5 + star customer service, no stone left unturned. I booked a spa day at the nearby Four Seasons and the customer service there literally paled in comparison. I wanted to move in ASAP! They delivered me a prickly pear mimosa to my room the morning of my birthday. So many personal touches... total perfection!!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I've stayed at the best! From the moment you book your reservation the staff makes you feel like they have already began to prepare for your arrival. I booked the 2-bedroom suite on-line about 4 months before our arrival. I was celebrating my 60th Birthday with my partner and two best friends. I received a welcome phone call the same day and a welcome e-mail from Anna that confirmed the reservation details. Every month or so I received an e-mail asking if there were any special things

This is perhaps at the top of my list of hotels I have ever stayed at. It is special. The rooms are adobe but decorated in a Moroccan style fabrics, carpets and tiles ( or an Afghanistan style) since the owner lives for many years there. It is unique!
The breakfasts are delicious with specialties you won't find anywhere.
Everything is perfect. The staff take wonderful care and if you ask for anything it is done immediately. It is very well located to town.
It is a Relais et Chateau property.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn a couple weeks ago for seven nights. Our stay there was an enchanting fantastic experience. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, cozy and relaxing. It was a pleasure hanging out in the courtyards reading our books, enjoying one of their amazing cocktails or chatting with the other guests. They serve a delicious breakfast with lots of choices and excellent service. The best part about the Inn was how smooth the staff made our stay and created a feeling that they were a family focused on giving us a lovely memorable experience as a welcome guest in their

This is our fourth time staying at the inn, and it gets better every time!!!!
The service is BAR NONE, thank you to general manager Sara Garcia, assistant GM Joelle Kapala, Tina, Tory, Felicia, Andrew, Ben, Vernon, Adam Laura and Miranda.
But absolutely not to be left out Martin.
Martin greeted us each morning at breakfast as did most of the team!
Everyone is impeccably dressed and so attentive to our needs as well as the other guests.
The gym has state of the art machines as well as some magnificent decorations and furniture.
Chef Rosa does not disappoint with daily breakfast!

What a stunningly, beautiful boutique hotel!! Third time staying here. Member of Relais and Chateaux, the Inn is luxurious. Exotic fabrics, imported wood, Arabian nights meets Santa Fe rustic. Booked a king room but upgraded to one of their biggest apartments, the Firebird suite. Living room/ kitchen with complimentary stocked snacks, coffee maker, daily bottled water, 2 beautiful tiled mosaic bathrooms, king size comfy bed with bejeweled bed coverings. Enjoyed the playing of the samba music, the chips and salsa that awaited us upon arrival. At night, one of the 2 fireplaces would be lit with

Santa Fe is almost 7,200 feet above sea level and if you do not drink enough water you will get a headache and want to die. If you have a headache and want to die you will have a difficult time enjoying the things that life has to offer. If you are staying at the Inn of the Five Graces and you have a headache and want to die well then I feel particularly sorry for you.
On past travels and adventures the destination was outside of the place to stay. The place to stay was a pillows and a shower and get up and get out because there are Things to do and Places to see. And Santa Fe is one of these
