Exceptional customer service!!! We called while we were 2 hours away to see if they had any availability. I believe her name was Sadie, she was more than informative and accomodat8jfEvery staff member we encountered were professional and pleasant!!! Our room had two queen beds but we loved our fireplace. It really warmed the place up quickly and definitely gave our room a cozy warm home feeling. Throughout the entire facility everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained!!! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. In the bathroom ladies, there are large bottles of shampoo

My husband and I visited this BEAUTIFUL and QUAINT Inn the week of December 5th, my husband's birthday week celebration. Our first time visiting the state of NM---so glad we picked the city of Santa Fe. The staff was AMAZING and EXTREMELY kind and helpful. The rooms were so well appointed, clean and quiet. The room amenities such as the robes, and toiletries was an added bonus. Breakfast was included each day. Very basic, but a nice variety. You are able to purchase the super thick robes and the heavy and sturdy coffee mugs. I purchased two mugs and was given and additional one by the staff

Stay here! 100% the most friendliest staff and the perfect room - fireplace and heated bathroom floors. Balcony is a little noisy with the street traffic. Fireplace heats up the room real nice. And BREAKFAST - WOW GIVE ME ALL THE BREAKFAST BURRITOS! Outstanding inn! Definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you again for having us.

This place is FANTASTIC. The rooms are so lovely and well designed. The free breakfast is awesome and pretty extensive (make your own burrito bar!) and the staff are all extremely nice. Especially the woman at the front desk, who helped me last minute extend my room for one night and then accommodated a super late checkout the next day. Thank you again for that! Also it's walking distance (under 10 min) from the heart of Santa Fe but away from the crowded part, so a perfect location. Ample and easy parking. Highly recommend

Very charming place with absolutely stellar staff ... Courteous, helpful and always smiling. The room was very comfortable with lots of great touches. Very clean, great water pressure in the shower (a personal measure of how happy I am with a hotel) and souch charm. Five minute walk to downtown, restaurants and shops. Off street parking is included. A very small fitness room that only fits one person but it's open 24/7 so go early! A great place and would stay again!

This hotel has the potential to be 5 stars but unfortunately I experienced a couple of little things that made it 3.
Beautiful rooms and fireplace, nice setup and very clean for the most part. Also appreciate the breakfast and tea and cookies. First night I get there no hot water in shower- I was told the water heater in my side of the building sometimes shuts off and has to be reset? Why dont they get another water heater. Took about 5 hours for the heat to finally turn on in the room , very cold. Front desk told me the heaters are old and take a long time to get running. Lastly cleaning lady

Wonderful location, nicely furnished, and friendly staff. I was camping and I called ahead just to see if I could get in a room early - I needed a shower at that point! They weren't sure because of cleaning turnaround, but when I got there early, a room was ready. Other reviewers made comments about rooms being small, but I found it to be more than ample for me solo, and I think fine for a couple too. And not as small as other places I've stayed, plus I really only sleep there and go out anyway. I will definitely plan on staying here again next time I'm in SF.

Beyond good. Location, amenities, and staff. The place is private and secure and walking distance to everything downtown. The rooms are superb with small details like matching doors and end tables. The Adobe feel and corner fire place made this cozy. Rooms are well kept and come with the small details like Starbucks coffee, high end showers, and a nice big screen TV. Highly recommend and wish we stayed longer.

I heavily base my ratings on the staff performance, and while the Inn itself was well maintained and comfy, it was the staff that will bring me back here. All were welcoming, kind and extraordinarily patient, given some of the more challenging guests I watched at the desk. The location is perfect--an easy, short walk to the center of all the action in Santa Fe. The room was clean, tidy and had ample parking. I was traveling with my pet and the crew went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. THIS is the way you get guests to return: excellent management and

This was our 3rd trip to Santa Fe and as usual we stayed at the Old Santa Fe Inn. The accommodations were outstanding, just as they were in our trips in 2018 and 2019. We did not make it there in 2020 due to COVID.

The property is within a short 5-7 minute walk to the plaza and downtown. The hotel is EXTREMELY quiet. Coffee is available in the lobby from 7 am to late in the day. Cookies every afternoon. A nice breakfast consisting of yogurt, fruit, and muffins is free. We will definitely return.

I have been staying here when in Santa Fe for 10 years. We have always had a great stay. The location is perfect. Center of town, 2 blocks from the Plaza.
Before COVID they had a great breakfast. This will be starting again soon. Now even better since Amy has become the manager. She is very outgoing.
She makes us feel like family. We had our son and granddaughter with us. Amy even entertained our granddaughter Esther for a few minutes. I have to thank her for being so accommodating to us.
Thanks Amy, you're the best. I recommend this place highly.

The location of this hotel was perfect. We stayed in a suite which has a separate living area and bedroom. This was perfect since we had our kids with us. The couch can be rolled out into a bed. There was also a nice little balcony for you to enjoy with table and seats. I loved the design including the neat looking fireplace. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. Excellent place and beautiful decor!!

This B&B Motor Court is homey and comfortable. There's a furnished covered courtyard perfect for relaxing. Downtown Santa Fe is a pleasant walk from here. I use a rollator (a walker with wheels and hand brakes) and the walk was a-okay in July. We were able to walk to dinner, too. I hope to stay here again when covid restrictions ease again.

Loved this hotel, the hospitality, atmosphere, closed to shops. We will definitely come back! The front desk girl was the sweetest, most accommodating. We needed ideas for dinner (dine in during COVID) and she was the utmost helpful with her suggestions. We tried them and boom, right on the money!
*the room has everything- comfortable pillows, bathrobes, most importantly Starbucks coffee, great smelling shampoo & conditioner, everything to make you feel at home .

We stayed overnight Aug 13-14, en route to Texas to drop our daughter off at college. Aside from the very clean and aesthetically pleasing accommodations, the staff was top notch. A few hours after leaving the hotel, I received an email from one of the managers, Amy. She informed me that a wallet was left in one of our rooms. It was my daughter's wallet which contained her drivers license, bank card and cash. Amy offered to mail it to me as soon as possible. I told her to use the money in the wallet to ship it. She promptly did this the same day and texted me all the shipping info

Such an amazing place to stay, especially in the off-season!

Located just one block from the Santa Fe River Park, and about two blocks from shops, restaurants and museums in the downtown area, the Old Santa Fe Inn is super convenient and even allows pets!

I was extremely thrilled with my room which had a kiva fireplace, outdoor patio that was fenced in, two relaxing chairs, a desk area, a wet bar with a fridge and microwave, and a warm and comfortable bed.The decor is truly Santa Fean, and the

This is a wonderful hotel that is an easy walking distance from the historic areas of Santa Fe, as well as the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and the Santa Fe School of Cooking. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. (I was in room 64.). The bathroom was a nice size and with a shower with a rain shower head.

The breakfasts are hardy and delicious. There are fresh baked cookies available in the afternoon.

This hotel is the only one that has ever mailed me a booklet about the area in advance of my stay. That is customer service!

I couldn't agree more with all this great reviews. I didn't set the expectation high since I've never booked a non-chain hotel before or never have Hotwire gave me one. I just trusted Hotwire's gut.

Off to a great start when the concierge let us know that they have Starbucks Coffee available all day. The process of checking in is painless and fast. We had the Traditional Queen. It was small compared to chain's queen rooms but quaint and just perfect for 2 and it has the most comfortable bed and the softest sheets ever! It's weird when you just want to stay in your
