Access Buyers Security Mortgage was formed by Susan and Bruce Wenger in 2005. Although we are a young organization, we don't lack experience. Susan has been in the business for over 15 years and brings the knowledge and expertise that is only acquired with such a tenure. Bruce brings top executive wisdom with his experiences in running large organizations and hotels.

This is our third mortgage/refi working with Bruce and Susan at Access Buyers Security Mortgage. After attempting to refinancing with our existing mortgage company for over two months and having to tolerate poor response times, lack of communication, and delays in underwriting, I contacted Susan. My first message to her was on March 4, 2021 and we closed our refinance on March 20, 2021 with the same rate our mortgage company had offered with substantially lower closing costs. It was an absolute pleasure working with Bruce these past few years. He was always checking in with us with the best mortgage rates to make sure we could get our refinance completed. Rom the first call to Susan and Bruce, until the closing , they were very professional and helpful in communicating and addressing my concerns and needs. very well communicated. they have been helping me for several refinances in the past for my old house as well. I always trust them regarding my real state mortgage related works and love to work with them in the future as well. I will testify to the fact that Mr. And Mrs. Wenger left a negative review on our company after their project was PAID and complete for over 3 years. This review was unprecedented and their claim to sub standard work was NEVER brought to the Arizona State Registrar of Contractors to determine it's validity. I understand that our businesses put food on our tables and support our families. That being said, I never enjoy posting negative reviews on companies even when I have been wronged. In this case after Mrs. Wenger made an attempt to steal from a sub cotractor and proceed to use profanity
