Rent can be paid by mail but it must be physically received in the office by noon (12:00pm) on the 3rd of every month. Your lease is a binding contract. EH Property Management will come out to your property to evaluate how much your property should rent for and what needs to be done to get the desired rent. For Single Family Homes, EH Property Management charges a flat fee per month. This amount is based on a tiered system where the amount the property is leased for determines the flat rate.

These people are awesome I’m renting two homes from them right now. I don’t understand all these bad reviews. Also the applications process is very easy I recommend renting with them and try for yourself you will see these people are nice and very helpful

We got a text message the day before an open house saying that this was the ONLY day to go view the property. We were on a vacation but jumped up for the opportunity thinking we had a shot at getting this place, just to find out that someone had already gotten approved. It was so unprofessionally organized, property Manager didn’t even show up after 30 minutes of the time of the showing, we found out from the workers who were cleaning the house as we showed up. The picture online was of the house when it was brand new. We got there to see that there was trash all over the front and backyard,

DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!
These people are con artists! I'll be contacting my lawyer since Amy & David only know how to lie and pass the phone back and forth between them feeding more lies and lying to me and arguing in the background. Even their receptionist agrees with me on how they are crooks and what they did to me today was sketchy and crooked.
Background information:
The owner of my home is selling the house I'm currently renting and I have to move out by 2/24 (fair enough, it is their house).
David tells me how great of a tenant I am and that there is an identical house 2 neighborhoods

We had the worst experience with theEH property management company they have the worst customer service and the workers don't know how to talk with the client also they won't give u the house even though they approve your credit so don't work with the I would say
