Renter's Insurance is required for the home or property that you are applying for. Prior to, and as a condition for Applicant taking possession of the Premises under the Lease, each Applicant shall provide evidence of renters insurance coverage as described below. Hold Applicant liable for lost rent and other financial damages as the Landlord or Property Manager should incur until the property is re-leased.

Documents required to process pet applications: (1) Spay or Neuter Certificate, (2) two photos of pet (one front and one side). Failure to complete or provide any of the required information will result in your pet being declined. For any pet that is approved, a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee per animal is required and additional security deposit or an extra mothly rent.

As a property management, they come to a final walk through with no checklist just a phone to take pictures. Then they mail you the itemized expenses on the 22nd day of how much the cost of all unreasonable/excessive repairs that need to be made.(no receipts) Then they will tell you to talk to the landlord about it when you question the expenses. My question is, what is this property management paid to do? They are the ones you pay when you move in. They are the ones you pay when your rent is due. However, they can't answer your question about why you are not getting your deposit back. Shady people
