I never been here but I have dealt with them through email. Let me tell you the person that I talked to was unprofessional in my opinion. I had to keep sending my email because they saying they didn't receive it. I had to contact them a few times about my refund and they still didn't give me all my money. I am a customer... can I get some good customer service please!

This company manages my neighbor's rental property and sent me a letter regarding replacing the damaged fence. They have the worst customer service. They do not respond to phone calls or emails timely. It took 6 months to get my fence repaired because it took so long to get a hold of someone. Do not do business with this company.

My partner and I have been looking for a rental since March, we didn't stumble upon a house that we both liked and within budget until April, which was listed under Eagle Property Management.
The application process was user friendly compared to other property management that we have applied for. Through our entire process, everyone that we have worked with (Janae, Shelly, Crystal and Hoa) were wonderful. Communication was exceptional and all my questions were answered in a timely matter.

Managing the rental properties a few hundred miles away can be a very stressful and time consuming job. Definitely a great culture, they helped us a lot with finding a home and gave us more time needed when things weren't going the way it should. We got to view the house and address some things that needed to be replaced or fixed. Other than that it was good atmosphere and very friendly people to approach upon.

Eagle property management had managed one of my properties in Elk Grove for about five years. I am a hands on landlord and often take care of most of the repairs using my vendors, including tenant transition. As a result, Eagle property management had a lower workload than a typical rental property. Despite that, they were not competent when I needed them. For example, in July 2020 the city required the owner of the house to trim the tree. Eagle dropped the ball in facilitating a quote despite multiple follow ups from me. Eagle manage rental properties professionally but don't bring them the trouble making tenants. Let them choose right tenants from the very beginning. One thing I am not impressed is their bookkeeping. Sometimes they don't pay utility bills on time, most time they don't show you repairing receipt or inspection report. Their boss Mr. bussey is very responsive when you bring question to him. He is always there to make things right.

The only reason I won't give Eagle a 5 star rating is because I haven't rented with them yet. However, in this crazy competitive rental market right now I APPRECIATE that EAGLE would offer to REFUND APPLICATION FEES. That is HUGE. I have spent nearly $400 in non-refundable app fees for me and my 19-year old son. I'm looking for a rental home, and every home I apply for there are at least 10 or more other apps in line. One home I applied for received 80 apps in 1 day ... so. THANK YOU EAGLE. Good luck out there, everyone. Better have good credit and no issues because this market is

I own four properties that are and have been managed by Eagle Management for the past ten-ish years. Dan Irwin is literally the best in the business. A phone call, email or text never goes unanswered and he watches out for my best interest and at the same time very compassionate when it comes to the tenants. He advises me well and he knows what can and cannot be done in the rental market. He has resources that are unparalleled when necessary and he is prepared to pull out all stops to make sure I spend very little time concerning myself with these homes. I cant recommend this Management company

Since renting with EPM, Crystal has been there to answer every question or concern! They don't bug you with minor stuff, like other rental agencies tend to do, and also are quick to respond to emails. I have not needed to make frequent contact with the property managers over the years, but when I do it's a smooth process!! They are friendly and professional! They seem to be very reliable and have good relationships with the home owners on the other side of things as well! I would definitely recommend them to tenants and/or home owners! We have rented with Eagle property for a couple months now and I am very impressed with them! Crystal especially always answers my emails promptly and her and Suzanne always make sure our work orders are taken care of and somebody is in contact with us. Dan is always polite and courteous! They are fast in placing good tenants with very reasonable fees.
However, maintenance fees & tree service fees were high compared to quotes I obtained myself.
Their monthly statements didn't reflect all charges. They were very helpful in emailing me a cash flow statement for me to do my tax returns every year.

Everyone at Eagle Property Management are so professional and fast. I was approved for my apartment within a few days. I wanted to move into my apartment sooner than originally expected and Dan made it happen smoothly. I really like their online tenant portal. You can pay rent online and see all your last payments and deposit. Their office is very nice, modern, and professional. I highly recommend renting from them and/or letting them manage your property.

I wish I could give this property management more stars but this will do. They need to work on making sure the requests for maintenance are put into their system. There were a few times I called to submit a request and when I called back to check the status, that request was never set up. I have no problem going out of my pocket to fix what needs to be fix but I shouldn't have too. I hope they get it together one day.
