We offer a full range of property management services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. We have an extensive portfolio of single-family homes, townhouses, condos, and apartments in the Sacramento area. Option One: If you hire us as your property management company and sign one lease agreement with us.
A: We take professional looking photos of your rental property to make it appealing and drive interest. A: It depends on the time of the year. Summer time usually has sooner move in rates. To find a qualified tenant in the winter time usually takes a bit longer because of the holidays. But we always do our best to fill vacancies as soon as possible.
A: We normally have you pay for first month rent and security deposit if it's unfurnished property. However, please refer to the individual listing information on our website. If pets are allowed at the home and you have pets, additional security deposit will apply.

I used Amanda Caban because I enjoy working with her and she have knowledge and experiences selling, buying and property management. Why would I want to look else where when I already work with experiences broker name Amanda Caban.

Finding a good property manager wasn’t that easy for me. I had made phone calls and got lucky to speak with quite a few. Some of them were not that attentive and communication dropped in the air.
However, Amanda is exceptional. She knows the ins and outs of the business. She was patiently explaining her roles and mine (since I’m a first time landlord). Her fees are reasonable. We have been having a smooth and peaceful business relationship even though the tenant is challenging. She protects my interests to the best she can. She also makes sure that the tenant is in a safe position.
