I love my apartment. When I had any issue management was prompt and friendly. It is a great family smart apartment and is pet friendly. I have been here a year and no issues. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. No smoking on the grounds but that keeps it safe clean and management does follow up if they are advised of violations. Honestly the only issue is the parking. We have two cars and it is not assigned parking but you get a permit sticker for the windshield and they gave us 2 but the parking is an issue And the street is full of cars that did not locate a spot. I NEVER sit and write reviews but this one was a must to help any future tenants looking! I will say these are super nice, modern apartments! However management and them taking action when needed for the tenant is non existent which can be a huge problem.. There has been quite a few things through our stay (1 year) but I’ll warn about a couple bigger ones. We had a situation at one point where our door lock quit working, in turn locked us out of the apartment and called the “emergency maintenance” phone number with ZERO response. We ended up having to call a lock smith and have the whole

I haven't lived in an apartment complex for a long time so I didn't have high expectations. The Prelude at Paramount in Meridian, Idaho exceeded those expectations to the point that I could live here for a very long time. The facilities including apartment, pool and all the other amenities are second to none. The front office staff is always welcoming and will go the extra mile to accommodate all renters who appreciate where they live. Yes, there are rules, but every rule makes this complex clean and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Prelude at Paramount to both long and short-term renters

In spite of the virus situation they were fantastic. They gave us several options to choose from and although the one we wanted was occupied we got tour one just like hours. It is a fantastic place to live. We have been here less than a month and had absolutely no problems. I can agree it is a resort type atmosphere and the residents ate friendly. Pet owners are held accountable which makes for a fantastic. Pet friendly place. It is clean and Affordable. The application process was easy and they were fair and reasonable. We love our new home

Loved these apartments. Just moved out after a 2 year stay and couldn’t be happier. This complex is beautiful with great amenities! We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. They even have the cutest pet wash station for your furry friends. The apartments are quite large and have bigger kitchens then most houses! The staff was always kind and answered all questions quickly. My only recommendation is to get a car port or garage if moving in because their is not much parking and there is only 2 guest spots in the front. Love living here. So grateful that we happened to look at these last Sept. Now it is even more than I could have expected.Just moved in a few weeks ago and I am so impressed with the office staff.Serena responds immediately to any inquiries or concerns. Very friendly and efficient office personnel... The pool and grounds are gorgeous. It really looks like a resort area. Again, really so happy we found this place..😀😀😀

Everything about these apartments are amazing! Only lived here for about 4 months but I almost wanna spend the rest of my life here haha! The property managers check on you to make sure everything is going good, the gym, swimming pool & park access is awesome, just everything! It’s the middle of winter and I haven’t had to turn my heater on because of how amazing they built these buildings! I could go on and on but basically: the answer you’re looking for is YES these are worth it and I’d contact them if you’re looking for a place!

I have lived here for a year and the staff is great! Friendly, very helpful, quick response, always willing to help! The apartments are very nice and best in the area. Modern look, feel, and uses technology. Location is good with a park nearby, places to eat, and safe neighborhood. I am renewing and want to stay in this community. I recommend Prelude at Paramount!
