Hi All, I have read threw most of the reviews.. I have lived here going on 5 absolutely wonderful years. I noticed some negative remarks over silly things like noise , an irresponsible pet owner not picking up after there pet. longer that expected wait times on maintenance , even a complaint about our pool only being open during office hours this summer and a lot of negative nit picking. Everyone s entitled to there opinion so Ill give mine. All of you naysayers gripes have merit i suppose but 1st. Id like to say that why things are not always done immediately or maybe a dog doo here and there

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE. There are several things wrong with this complex and management company, but I listed a few of my biggest concerns and frustrations.
1. A motor on the HVAC unit stopped working and was releasing gas into my apartment. Intermountain gas company red tagged the unit and had to completely turn off the gas. Mind you, it’s the middle of winter and there is now no access to heat or hot water. The temperature dropped to 50 degrees inside of the apartment. When the EMERGENCY maintenance guy was called he reported, “It’s probably just dust collecting. I will

For starters there are no parking spots. It seems like they are always switching managers cus none of them can do the job correctly. They never have any of the amenities open that we pay for even though we pay 1700 dollars for an apartment where there always seems to be something breaking in it we will not be resigning our lease this year there are lots of other places where we can pay less and get a better experience so to anyone that is thinking about renting here don’t do it take the extra time and find a better property management team

I’m feeling like Cher because I want to turn back time to tell myself not to sign a lease here. Below are a few reasons why:
1. When we went to renew our lease we were informed that rent would increase by $600 a month! This forced us to move out early. The management office said they had to increase it so much because “Boise is growing.” Our neighbor was told it’s because the apartments are “luxury”. That just tickles me because no updates have been made in the last year. So they’re not $600 more luxury than they were a year ago. They’re just a year older… Many people are leaving

I love every minute of my experience with rosewood apartments. They make it so easy to be a resident. They have lots of amenities and residences for community games. They have literally everything I have ever wanted in an apartment. The balcony is even spacious and I wouldn’t trade this complex for any other near here. 10 thumbs up 👍.

I only stayed for 3 months in their furnished apartment and had several issues. On initial move in, they didn't have my apartment ready for move in and was told I would have to wait for it to be cleaned. When I finally got the keys, the apartment had very clearly not been cleaned. I spoke with the staff and they said they would send someone later in the week but no one ever came. Every month my rent statement was incorrect and it took weeks to get it fixed each time. The staff is extremely hard to get a hold of, they hardly answer or return phone calls and emails. My brothers and I lived here for a year and our experience was absolutely awful. Loud and disrespectful neighbors that managent have no care about whatsoever, parking was a nightmare, and work orders were ignored for months on end. We spent weeks without air conditioning in summer and 2 months without a dryer. Absolutely not worth the price they’re trying to charge people.

I’ve been a resident at Rosewood Premier for almost 7 months now and I love it here. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. The walls are well insulated and I rarely hear them. I’ve been in the construction industry my whole life, so I can tell you the apartment is well built and designed. It has a clean open look and doesn’t feel cramped. Which is a huge deal to me. I couldn’t be happier with it. Also no one has illegally parked in my covered spot.

My kids leased an apartment here last year. They had weeks last summer with no A/C, went without a working dryer for over a month and have bugs in their apartment now that we had to spray for because no one will respond to their request for help. They are not dirty but I suspect either the downstairs or upstairs neighbor is. My kids paid their rent a month in advance every single month of their lease and never were the cause of any issues for management and in response for being outstanding tenants, their rent was going to go from 1400 per month for a 3 bedroom to 1800 per month.
