Nice place to live but the staff is horrible. They raise rent without giving you any CLEAR notices. NO at the bottom of a lease renewal document in 10pt font does not count.
They send your deposit back late and then state you don't receive anything more especially if you call and call and say you haven't gotten anything yet - but nope you have to write a letter three days prior. Just a heads up!

Avoid renting here at all costs! Our lease is over, they're claiming we didn't give proper notice of moving out even though we responded to their multiple calls that we are NOT renewing. Now they're saying we have to pay another month's rent and have jacked the price over $600. They have not responded to my email and I have called several times and no one has picked up yet. They claim to be backed by fair housing laws but only as they benefit them. Horrible management.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would.
Absolute garbage. Their is NO COMMUNICATION coming from out of this place. They NEVER ANSWER the phone. They DO NOT send you any updates about your application. The staff is terrible. If you are looking for a highway robbery ... look here. -10/0

Kensington is one of the best apartments in the Treasure Valley! The property always looks great inside and out! The grounds are well kept and the clubhouse is immaculate. The maintenance team is always on time and does the job right! The office staff are always super friendly and treat residents as friends and not customers! I could not recommend a better apartment if you are currently looking!

This property is wonderful! I cant praise it enough. The Maintenance team has been nothing but fantastic, always taken care any issues i have.The leasing team made my move in a breeze as well, answering all my questions! Thank-you Tarique!
I really appreciate the little things like The grounds keeper Brody always being super kind and that he waves hello at me when i see him! The rent may be on the high end, but that is the way the prices everywhere are going, and i felt that the price was worth the treatment i received! 10/10!!

People don't normally take the time to write good reviews but I wanted to make sure that the team at the Kensington gets the recognition they deserve. The leasing and move in process was so simple and the office staff was kind and patient. Our apartment is gorgeous and we love how clean the grounds are! It's been almost a year and every interaction with maintenance or the office has been such a pleasure. I'm so happy we moved here and plan to stay for many years!

The walls are paper thin and management does next to nothing to solve the problem. We share 4 walls with 4 different units and it's difficult to tell where the noise is coming from. My wife and I would highly recommend finding a different place to live. Quiet hours are not enforced, violaters seem to get a "talking to"

WORST PLACE EVER! DON'T LIVE HERE! I am sad to say that at almost 40 years old, I endured the worst apartment living. You'd think it would happen in my early twenties. Here's a dirty laundry list of why I HATED living here. We even left 3 months early and paid rent and mortgage. That's how bad Kensington Apartments is!
LEASING OFFICE ARE CHEATERS!!… When we decided to move out 3 months early, we authorized them to rent our apartment. Supposedly when someone moved in, we were no longer responsible for the rent. As it worked out (in their favor), we ended up paying till the end of our lease

I highly recommend the Kensington Apartments! I've lived here for just over a year now and would never want to move out! The staff is the friendliest I've ever come across that I'll even routinely chill at the leasing office after work because the staff are all just fun and sweet to talk to! And they'll work with you too for any thing you may want… to bring up, all of them! Lisa, Jason, Sam, Geoff, Mark, Arthur, and then the old crew, Jeff, Spencer, Jennifer, Ashlee from before always had me cracking up whenever I would stop by to say hi!

every holiday you can count on the office staff throwing a fabulous community event. the office and maintenance staff both go out of their way to take the time to listen and care and that really goes along way to making us feel like valued members of the… community. recently we had a 2 maintenance issues and both of them were resolved within the same day, one of them within 15 minutes!
