I love Jules! Can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review, but I have been seeing Jules for almost a year now. I was in a car accident where I broke my hand and needed surgery, and needed to find something to do that was more personalized and tailored after my physical therapy sessions. I found Jules on Yelp and am so glad I came to see her. She understands so much about the body and the healing process and she helped me re-gain so much strength in my hand. I am now still continuing my sessions with her because she has a wealth of knowledge and is a great & motivating

I have a 50-degree scoliosis back curve that gives me chronic pain. I have tried everything to find relief: acupuncture, Heller work, Yin Yoga, massage, an inversion machine, a memory foam mattress, pilates. All those things are fine but provided no pain relief. Then I saw Jules Mitchell for an hour private yoga class. She provided my back with much needed traction from ropes in her studio. I walked out of her studio with NO back pain. Jules knows anatomy so well that she can customize precise yoga poses for every type of body. No words can express my respect and gratitude for her skill

Amazing! I had the privilege of taking a private class from Jules. The energy that she poured into the class was contagious and uplifting. Her knowledge of the human body is really incredible; she is able to completely tailor the class to your own ability. It was very eye opening to be able to assess my own alignment with the help of an experienced and caring teacher. I am anxious to take another class from Jules, she is truly a joy and always has her students' best interest at heart. It is so nice to find a teacher who truly loves what they do, are good at it, and pours their soul into it

By far, the most amazing, positive and giving instructor I have ever met.
She motivates, guides and inspires one to move in the direction the heart and mind need.
I highly recommend any interaction you can make with Jules.
She will help you make yourself better, stronger and happier.
I started as a novice, still I am new to Yoga, but she has a way of allowing you to become stronger, more knowledgeable and inspired. I always leave her classes exhausted, energized and at peace.
