Inspection company was very responsive on how the process work. Hunter was great. While going thru the inspection of our new home he went thru each part of the house and answer any concern I had. He also used boot covers before I even asked. Definitely will use their inspection company for future needs.

We had our first stage inspection of our new build today and BJ is amazing! He found several things that need to be fixed prior to the slab being poured. We are so thankful he knows his stuff and is thorough! The report arrived fast and we are looking forward to working with them on the next 2 phases. Their whole team is the BEST!!!!

We had three inspections performed by Ty. Unfortunately we weren't able to be there for the inspections. They were afternoon inspections and yet, not long after Ty completed the inspections, we had the reports with extensive descriptions of his findings along with many photographs. I must say though, I was surprised to read in the report on a couple things though that he wasn't able to check. One example which I think is significant is not being able to check/test the smoke alarm/detectors. Wasn't able to test them or determine whether they were linked or independent. I am presuming

We had BJ inspect the home we are purchasing. Bj is a professional who knows his business. He is very thorough and provided us an 85 page report on what he found as he inspected the house. He took time to explain to us the main areas of concern while we were with him at the inspection. I would recommend BJ to anyone needing a home inspection.

We are first time home buyers and this company was referred to us by our lenders..............
Somehow on the inspection 2 OBVIOUS leaks were missed and found by us all in a matter of days of buying our home that wound up on/under our floor. 1st leak was from a shower on the second floor, first shower in our new home on CHRISTMAS DAY. We closed on our home December 23rd. The leak was clearly visible if they had payed attention the shower handle, it had small streams of water coming from it. The next leak happened while we were rinsing dishes off while unpacking them. The water ended up leaking

My inspection process was amazing! BJ and his team made everything so easy and quick to get scheduled. Once the day of the inspection arrived, BJ introduced himself to me and to my realtor and explained the process. He also knew I was a first time homebuyer and was willing to go over any questions and/or concerns I had regarding the inspection. The whole process took about two hours. Once complete, BJ went over all the findings with me and explained what each thing meant. I had the final inspection report in my email within an hour of him completing the inspection too!
