If you smell gas, please call Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) at 1-800-743-5000 immediately. Do not call our emergency line until Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) has cleared the emergency. They will provide you with a service report once they've inspected the property. We will ask for a copy of the service report before a vendor is sent out.

Filled out an application for a house that was listed on several sites, including their own. Application was done in accordance to their potential rental and viewing policy on their site. Their site said it is 'available NOW.' come to find out after applying, it has been rented. How long, idk. So either they don't update their site frequently enough for potential families looking for a home to make real time difficult decisions on relocating, OR they purposely keep it listed to attract attention and possibly get more money from applicants with no intention on processing it because the home has

I had a spotless renting history moving in... Hedgerow was the worst agency I have ever rented from. I would recommend crown property management or anything else. I now own a home with my wife and have to thank hedgerow for that because after renting from them I would never rent again. These people are sumbags... you will definitely regret renting with them.

Listen to the reviews and do not apply unless you have a freaking credit score of 1000 🙄. They are a terrible scamming company that will ask you to fill out a huge application just to VIEW the unit. They do not communicate efficiently either. My husband and I had triple the income and have reliable sources and good jobs! Do not waste your time!!!

I rented from this company for about two years. The house was amazing. The rental agency was terrible.
Upon moving in, we were told that the blind in the living room, which had an amazing view, was broken, but would be fixed "soon". It was not fixed for about eight months. Additionally, the back wall of the house wasn't painted, but we were told that "would be fixed". More on this later.

We lived in a Hedgerow managed property for about 2 years. Everything went swell the time we lived there except for them never fixing a bathroom issue we had reported we reported it probably a year before we moved out and it was never fixed. When we decided to move out we gave a 30-day noticed cleaned up the apartment to move in ready condition. However, our deposit was still charged for paint the apartment had many shades and types of white when we moved in. We tried to schedule in an inspection before we moved out they told us a packet was mailed out saying it had to be a minimum of 2 weeks before

Hedgerow managed my property in Napa for 4 years while I lived abroad, and I couldn't be happier. Jim Wisinger was extremely professional, experienced, and responsive. My house, unfortunately, needed many repairs along the way and he helped me resolve them all with as little pain to me as possible, including overseeing major projects like HVAC and roofing, all within the scope of their normal fee. We applied for multiple rentals through Hedgerow only to find out we didn't qualify for ANY of them. We thought that was strange since our monthly income was well over 3x the rent plus we had over 100k in savings. We decided afterwards to go through Wyman Property Management and we ended up qualifying for every property we applied for. I would not recommend Hedgerow.
