In the mid-1980s, Bill Newell, a successful entrepreneur and his wife Susan, a talented, dedicated special education teacher, decided to leave the cold Canadian weather and make Naples Florida their home. They quickly discovered their unique abilities in business and education were ideal for serving condominium and homeowners associations in Naples.

Over the Memorial Day weekend my Washing Machine began leaking water everywhere. To make it worse the valve behind the machine wouldn't turn off and I couldn't stop the water. I called Newell and they said that it was an owner issue, and that I needed to call a plumber, but said if I had problems to call them back. I couldn't get any plumber to answer a phone. I called Newell back and the man said he would have someone call me. Within 10 minute I had a call from a plumber and they were at my house within the hour. The Newell man even called back to make sure that everything went well and to tell

I have been dealing with Newell for several years and I find their ability to deal with all facets of condominium association business to be excellent. Professional , courteous, and responsive are the best terms to use to concisely describe their service. Our representative Gail is extremely proficient and we are fortunate to have her handling our affairs as well as the team she has assisting her in many areas. Highly recommended.
