Poor customer service. Clean and visually welcoming studio but also notably clicque-y. You sign in with your face--they recognize you and that's it. I was mistook for someone that wasn't me more than once. I am a petite woman and felt as though I was unwelcome because of my body. Before March 2020 I practiced at this studio almost daily for a year but then the pandemic closed things down.
I was not reimbursed for March, the first month doors closed during COVID, nor was I informed about virtual classes. Found them (Bikram ABQ) on social media and added myself to their mailing list to try and remain

I am changing my review based on the experiences I had there over the past year. I had a lot of hope for this studio and truly appreciate Kristin for keeping the poses 26 and 2. However, the inability to receive feedback in particular around the heat was a factor that contributed to my leaving. The temps are regularly around 120 degrees and the response from Kristin and the trainers are that it isn't really that temp or its challenging to control in that small space, etc. I have seen people sit down and be told to get up. I have seen people leave because of the heat and humidity. There is more

Beautiful, clean and modern studio with showers. Due to an injury, non-related to yoga, I had to stop and start my membership several times. The owner was very accommodating. I know it’s sound crazy to most to want to pay to do hot 105 degree yoga in a hot desert climate! But for me it was the only way to actually break a sweat in New Mexico. Our skin is our largest organ and I felt like Bikram was the only way to keep that detoxification pathway moving. Plus if more people realized how great it makes you feel, more people would join and they’d be able to add more classes to accommodate different

They early morning classes there are nice! Perfect to get one's day started. The lobby area is inviting and the yoga room itself was memorable! I was doing a road trip and the teacher said, "Doing this posture will give you more energy than 8 hours of sleep!" I channeled that as I continued on with my road trip!

This studio is a class act!! Clean and open rooms, plenty of locker space and qualified instructors. Bikram Yoga is a style all of its own. If you're a fan, this is the studio to attend. If you've never tried it, go in with an open mind and the kind, caring and fantastic instructors here will help you to fall in love with it. Congratulations to Kristin and her team for putting together a wonderful place to practice this incredible yoga.

I've been going to class here for 9 months now and am now in the best shape of my life. Everyday, my body's response to this challenging sequence of 26 postures is different - some days it's really tough and I find myself laying out to recover enough to keep going. A couple of times I had to just leave. Other days, OMG, I walk out of there with a HUGE natural high.
I find all the the regular instructors to be well trained and deeply concerned with their student's progress and well-being, and a lot of them I'm growing to like a lot. Having said that, everyone in this, or

This studio was my third attempt to enjoy hot yoga, and it turned out that the third time is indeed the charm! At other studios, I spent half the class wondering how to get into the pose, and by the time I figured it out, they were already on to the next thing. For a relatively unseasoned yogi, I found this studio incredibly welcoming and affirming. The instructor always welcomes anyone taking the class for the first time and shares how to pace onself through the class. I love that there are a variety of body types, ages, and ability in each class that I've gone to and everyone is accepted

I was a complete novice at Bikram Yoga. I found this studio through a friend and I decided to take a class.
The studio itself is very clean and very well decorated. It seemed to radiate a general sense of serenity.
As a novice I got a very good introduction to what was going to be a challenging 90 minute class. Jeanette and her team were very loving and helpful and gave me strong support and encouragement throughout the session.
Transformative! If you want to experience true Bikram for the soul this is the place!

Bikram Yoga is a great way to sweat out your stress! I tried it out for a month after I bought a groupon on it and I really liked it. It's an hour and a half of pure sweat. I became really flexible only after a few sessions. The place is clean and friendly. Overall, it's a great environment. They make you feel really comfortable.

They say there's a first time for everything, and my first Bikram class was the first time I've ever left a yoga studio completely pissed off.
If you like the idea of Communist China, you'll love Bikram yoga. The same sequence at every class, black lines of duct tape on the carpet (seriously? carpet?) telling you where to line up your mat, assigned water breaks and dictated breathing technique based on nothing more than personal opinion, and an instructor that barks orders, insists you do the exact pose she is barking (showing no modifications), encourages pushing poses to the

Bikram yoga is the same everywhere you go. 26 poses, 2 sets each, 105 degrees Fahrenheit. I was in Albuquerque for a family reunion and managed to have time to attend one session while I was there. I chose this location simply because of its proximity to my grandmother's house.
$15 for a drop in class, $1 each for towel and mat rentals. There's a $20 introductory offer for new students--if you choose to sign up for this you can attend as many classes as you want in 10 consecutive days.
I went to a 9am class on a Saturday morning. It was packed. I ended up close to one wall,
