Our mission is to build a healthy, creative, and compassionate community. We understand the healing, empowering, and transformative powers of yoga, meditation, and the creative arts. Our space includes three main areas of focus, which symbolically correlate with the three areas found in our studio.
In the studio room, we strive to teach in a way that helps students strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection. In the front area, we encourage creativity, learning, and passion with activities such as our paint nights and weekly book clubs. In the upstairs room, we encourage healing and growth as students can experience private breathwork sessions and other personalized attention.

Services
Throughout history, cultures worldwide have provided a means for people to access non-ordinary realms for healing and spiritual growth. Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of consciousness through full and connected breathing. An energy charge is created in the body, and as the energy disperses, it serves to release, or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional.
First 30 Days with us for only $30! This first month with us will give you many chances to find your favorite classes and instructors while helping you learn how the studio best fits in your life! Receive a free class pass to give to a friend who have never been to our studio (contact us ahead of time to redeem and register them).
Aerial yoga is a playful style of yoga that brings people back to the adventures they had both upright and upside down in childhood. This is a powerful form of yoga that can help relieve back pain, provide tremendous support for balancing postures, and can allow core and arm strength to be gained very rapidly.
Yes! Students will be able to attend all aerial yoga classes under the same membership options (explained here) including our Unlimited Class Monthly Plans, our 10 Class passes, our Drop-In options, and even our New Student Special (the first 30 days at the studio for only $30). The one thing different about all aerial yoga classes (as well as workshops) is that registration is absolutely required prior to the class.

I had so much fun at Camila’s meditation class. The studio was so beautiful - I loved the beautiful artwork. Camila’s class was absolutely amazing, and the studio was very clean, with things to sanitize your mats as well, which is much appreciated. I haven’t been to any other classes besides Camila’s, but I can’t wait to try it out. The space itself felt safe and secure, I wasn’t worried about my belongings in the cubby, and I appreciated that the door was locked while we were in class.

Came here with for a Mommy & Me class, and I loved it. Liana was the instructor and she was fabulous. During everything I didn't feel like I was doing that much until I woke up the next day…wow what a burn! I'm glad they offer things to do with kids as well, or else I would never have gotten out of the house. The facility was clean and had some nice artwork. Overall I was very pleased. I plan to come back again soon.

I am new to Albuquerque and had practiced heat yoga for a few years. Upon moving here I realized heat yoga wasn't the best for me and looked at a few studios. I found this Yoga Studio through a Meet-Up group. People are very welcoming and friendly. One thing I really appreciate is the modification ideas given during class for certain postures which can be difficult for people with certain issues (like knee or hip issues). I also like the fact that I can come when I am able and am not tied to a certain day or time. Clean bright space, good music, great teaching.

The place has its charm and so much potential for both yoga classes and yoga related community events. It's clean, spacious and at the same time, it has a very cozy and home feel. Love great lights which can be dimmed up and down during the class, contemporary art, concrete floors, and tea time after the class with friendly people in the studio.
