Services
After hours emergency services are available by calling the office number-a paging service is used and a doctor will return your call. To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by scheduled appointments.

But we believe the most important reason clients come back to Jackman Animal Clinic is because of our dedicated and professional staff - a staff who really cares about pets and their human friends.

Wellness care- "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" That saying holds true for horses also. As part of our routine care we provide vaccinations, deworming, Coggins testing, and dental care. At the time of service we can discuss any issues you may have with your horse including nutritional needs, training programs, geriatric care, etc.

Jackman’s Animal Clinic has been a life saver on more than one occasion. The staff are always friendly and I’ve called *many* times for advice on my pets. They always get me an answer and make me and my pets feel better. They never push me to come in if I don’t have to and are thoughtful and considerate with my pets and budget.
Recently, they were able to get one of my cat’s in quickly after I found an infected, hidden cut (she’s an indoor/outdoor cat) and a paw injury. They were caring and considerate.

After my 2 month old Doberman received her first round of puppy shots, she had a very negative reaction which caused her to act "drunk" and head tilt. Dr. Jackman did not just go with a best guess and researched her condition and even asked another esteemed colleague for advice. Because of their thoroughness and quick action, my baby Osha was given the proper medicine and has made 100% recovery! One worker even made a spreadsheet with dates/times she was to receive the medication to make tracking easier. By far, they went above and beyond and I am grateful for each of them.
