Services
A yoga studio in the heart of Sacramento offering an array of yoga, wokshops, trainings and more. Local favorite, founded in 2000. With our 6 Pillars as our guide, we can change the world. This means taking care of ourselves and the earth, supporting local communities, creating inclusive spaces, staying curious and humble, and seeking out peace at every opportunity.
The short answer is that it's the process of uniting your body and mind together through the vehicle of the breath. To do that, yoga postures are practiced where we mentally connect to the sensation in our bodies, while controlling the thoughts in our mind, as we regulate our breath, and find that it affects us on an emotional level.
Flowing sequence of poses that are SLOWLY paced with additional emphasis on developing core strength. An EXTRA gentle yoga class that's designed to help restore health & vitality while honoring bodies that don't like to be pushed too hard. Various techniques and styles may be used including Somatic Yoga, Yin Yoga, "wall work, " modified traditional yoga poses, & more.
Take as many classes as you like, over a 14-day period, for a one-time charge of only $25! It's a great way to sample our teachers and classes! An outstanding value. A *LIMITED TIME* offer for RETURNING STUDENTS who haven't been to Fusion IN OVER SIX MONTHS. We want you back! These options are for LiveStream classes (via Zoom) ONLY, and can NOT be applied to in-studio classes ~ sorry.
Learn how to modify traditional yoga postures for your ability, condition, body type, age, etc. Learn specific postures and/or movement to help bring healing and/or pain relief to an injured area. For example: 1 hour for two people = $95. that is, $85 for the first person, plus $10 for the second one.

This is one of the best local yoga studios! It is beautiful, peaceful, tranquil, welcoming and inviting. There is a lovely outdoor space as well for when the weather cooperates! The practitioners are knowledgeable and very experienced, including areas of physical ailments and illnesses that need special kindness and gentleness. Not geared for high intensity power yoga in my recent experience, but be sure to check in, because studios sometimes change. Love this studio!

I just started going to the mommy and me yoga class, and I absolutely love it! It gives me the ability to relax and get my yoga done, but it also incorporates baby into it. The instructor does an awesome job of improvising and catering to the needs of the babies. An example, when babies start getting fussy we'll start singing songs or she'll turn the fans on to keep babies entertained. My little one loves coming to the class (I think mainly for the fan!). It's definitely something that will be a part of our weekly routine!

I recently joined this studio. It's so clean and inviting!! I was treated like I belonged the second I walked in the door. I've dabbled with yoga classes at my last gym, but I wanted to find a place where I can learn correctly with guidance.

I'm so happy with the community here already.

This is a review of their mommy and baby yoga. Clean wood floors, covered electrical outlets, nice teacher and moms. Parking is free and easy. They have a deal $25 for 15 days (3 classes) going on. Small group setting. 10:30-11:30am Mondays in case you're looking for something to do with your baby! I've tried the baby & mommy yoga in Davis too, that one is good as well. I like that this class includes babies in some of the poses, there's some sing along, and the teacher has disinfected toys to keep babies entertained.

Best Yoga in the city. Traditional yoga. All the instructors are amazing and offer modifications to poses.Try out the 2 week trial and experience all the instructors. I haven't been there since 2015 when I attended for approx 8 months while temporarily residing there for a work project. There was an oversight in my last review, so I'm correcting and reposting. If I'm ever back in the Sacramento area, I will return to this studio!

I practice HOT power vinyasa regularly and other more mellow types of yoga seem like a waste of time to me because I don't feel like I'm working or that I could just be stretching while I'm at home watching tv or listening to an audio book. HOWEVER, I forced myself to come to the karma class on Saturday afternoon because then it guaranteed that I would get an hour of some stretching in; a designated time. I even got my husband to go with me. Overall, it was a good class. Our instruction was nice, and gave alternative suggestions on stepping things up or back depending on what we

Solid yoga studio. Good instruction. There are a variety of classes. I purchased a 10 class pass off of Groupon. This was a great way to preview the studio. Not much flow offered here, mostly Hatha/yin style classes, which I prefer. I plan to continue at this studio for my yoga needs.

I came here for prenatal yoga for several months of my pregnancy. I had a lot of sciatic pain and this Yoga was almost the only thing that would help me get relief! After my son was born I started going to their mommy and baby yoga classes and those have been really fun for the two of us to do together and get me moving after having my son. He really loves the songs and movement and I love getting the chance to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with my body!

Love the vibes! Everyone here is chill!
If you want to release stress, have fun, and Relax. You should come here. I've gone twice- first time I was stoned, which allowed me to do more with my body.
The second time, I went sober, and it was much more challenging. I prefer going stoned-but you can go either way, just enjoy yourself and you'll do great!

This has been a great yoga experience with a wonderful instructor. In some way it feels like an upgrade from my previous yoga experiences. As other reviewers state most of yoga classes in Sacramento are nothing but inconsistent sessions of basic positions on the wii fit. Fusion Yoga studio has moved a step ahead to bring to Sacramento a different and more efficient approach to yoga and its old, boring and predictable drills.

Great instructors, great environment, and great atmosphere. I am surprised to see that many 1 star reviews are related to the "plus size women" topic that made the news in February 2016. Whose who complain about this are nothing but losers that can't see that many of us are a little overweight, this was a bright idea. Having a class specifically geared towards obese folks is the best way to allow them into the different programs.

Well I am overweight and I truly loved these classes. I have enjoyed each second I spent with these caring instructors. Choosing this studio was the right

While Fusion Yoga Studio is somewhow fat from my house, I have been enjoying their classes for over six months, as it not only is greatly healing for my body but spirit and mind. This made me feel particularly touched when Lori found a spot in a crowded class to accommodate my chances to attend.

This place is amazing! I can't wait to become a regular ^_^ There are free classes for people who can't afford that are donation-based and the rooms are clean and very zen. The teacher I had was kind and did a guided relaxation after class that left everyone feeling relaxed and centered.

While a knowledgable teacher, I find Lori often to be harsh and moody. It seemed to be difficult for her to sustain a positive disposition with all clientele. I ended my practice after roughly four months of participating, thinking that I was the issue. But when I returned, the cold shoulder was still there. In order to make the studio work, "off the matt" and outside of class, Lori and her staff should consider a dedicated customer service attendant for the front desk. This way, the business of the making everyone feel welcome is tended to. Otherwise, the strain of running a business

My previous yoga experiences were limited to very infrequent sessions of basic positions on the Wii fit and a piloga (Pilates/yoga combo) class years ago that ended with me dropping out part way and pouting in the bathroom because I just couldn't keep up. I felt like I probably couldn't do yoga because of my size.
So when I found out about this studio's plus size class for women, I was excited to find something that catered to me. Lisa, the instructor, makes the class very comfortable and the practice is modified to suit larger bodies. It's fantastic! It gave me the confidence

Poor leading, many subs and not strenuous enough. Tried a 2 week promotional deal. I don't think ANY of the instructors I had were the ones listed on the schedule. Most seemed confused about the next move or forgot symmetry. I even had one of the staff complain to me about not re-stacking my blanket with the fringe on the right side. Not a serious yoga place. Will look elsewhere

Free Yoga on Moday and Wednesday's at 12

I tried out their free karma yoga class today at 12. I must say the instructor was very nice and helpful. The class was challenging and relaxing at the same time. Overall, much more than I expected. Too bad I usually don't have Monday or Wednesdays off, but if you do, then you should try it out :)

I can only speak for the prenatal classes. They're awesome! They have different instructors, and they are all wonderful and encouraging women. I leave class feeling better than when I arrived.
I was nervous about doing prenatal yoga. This is my first pregnancy and I just wanted to be cautious. But all the mommies that attend class are all empowering. There's ppl in there from 8 weeks preggo to 41 weeks! And to see them work hard at all stages of pregnancy really helped my confidence in the pregnancy
