Wonderful apartments, terrible service.
I called multiple times to ask questions about the application process, but no one ever picked up. I even left a message once, and my call was never returned.
I filled out the application anyways and submitted, and they quickly got back to me. I was so happy to be getting an apartment, so I drove over with my roommate to pay the application fee. At the office, I inquired about the pet fee, to which they responded, “oh, you have a pet? You can’t have pets in this unit because it has new carpet.” My roommate and I confirmed that this complex did indeed

Highly recommend- Affordable options and clean. Dawn and her staff do a great job at maintaining the apartment complex and they are all very nice. I had a wonderful experience living here. If you pay your rent on time like you're suppose to, keep your place clean, and follow the rules, you'll have no trouble living here.

Not recommended. Maintenance is terrible there was a knocking noise coming from the ceiling all the time I'm guessing it was due to the radiant heat it kept me up at night. Management is very rude I came home one day and noticed the lock was looser than normal and things were moved in the apartment after speaking to management and some slick wording I did get them to confess to going in. They did not give a 24 hour notice and it wasn't an emergency repair I still do not know the reason they entered.

Horrible place to live. Loud trashy neighbors. Nasty staff and complexes. Roach heaving loud music. Keep ur doors locked people will giggle your door knob thinking they can come in. Don't live here your deposit will be taken just like your joy. Hope the landlord dawn can change her ways and be an adult and not try and be the queen on the complex. No problems get fixed so no need to complain.
