Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2500 plus the pay back of any rental concessions you have received. We moved in a couple months ago. So far it’s been an great experience. The management is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very quick to respond with any issues you may have and answer all questions promptly! Very quiet neighborhood and the neighborhood feels safe. We couldn’t have chose a better place/neighborhood to call home!

These property managers send a mass email out to all tenants to write a good review for pizza. They didn’t fix anything after the derecho. When the derecho happened the windows weren’t even sealed water poured inside. There were holes in the roof so when it snowed it leaked in peoples apartments.

I have lived here for over a year now, and have never had a single thing bad to say. Always good, solid, and kind customer service. If you ever need anything done, maintenance is there for you. If you have questions, the staff in the office are there for you. Such a great place to rent.

We loved renting with Granite Valley! We needed a short term rental while we were finding a home in the area and GV ticked all the boxes! They kept their townhomes and grounds in tip top shape! Any maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner. The best part was the friendly and responsive staff! I would highly recommend Granite Valley to anyone looking to rent in the area!

The staff and office was always extremely accommodating and friendly, in the 3 years we lived in our townhouse we never waited more than a day to have something looked at or fixed (even after the derecho and during a global pandemic!). I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, pet friendly living space or just looking to upgrade their renting experience.

My husband and I moved here from Montana and I called on a Thursday and scheduled a showing for Monday and we ended up loving the apartment when Marisa walked us through we ended up getting it that day. We were able to move in Tuesday and it's been awesome since! They have been super helpful with making us feel welcomed. 10/10 recommend.

The staff is amazing - very helpful and easy to work with. They made a difficult, storm-related relocation palatable. And they worked with our insurance company without any hassles. The maintenance staff is great, too. Highly recommended - and appreciated.
