Enclave is a great community. Beautiful homes and a great staff. Colleen, Rose, and Jodi are wonderful and extremely helpful! The snow removal team is amazing! I have lived other places where we would be snowed in for hours, not here. Very professional and always on time! I definitely feel like I have found my home. Thank you to the staff at Enclave for making me feel like family!

This has been such a nice place to live! The staff is super nice and responds very quickly to any questions/concerns that you might have. It is fair priced for what you get out of it. A nice place for families or anyone looking for a luxury living space with a good location. It is within walking distance to target, gas stations and it is also right off the interstate.

Moved in about 9 months ago into one of their studio apartments. Had lots of questions before moving in and the office always answered them right away. The location is very convenient for restaurants and grocery shopping and I love how affordable the studio is, especially since I'm living alone. There are quite a few new college grads living here and I've been able to make a lot of friends with neighbors who are my age! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live around Cedar Rapids.

I've loved living here since the day I moved in. It's located in a really good area with nearby grocery stores and restaurants. I really wanted to find a modern apartment and out of the very few options here in Cedar Rapids, I think Enclave is a really good choice. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful and you can tell they care about you and your experience here. There's lots of nice amenities like the gym and the pool, and although the gym might be a little small, it has new and modern equipment and serves its purpose. I would totally recommend living here!

Overall this place is great! I currently live here, and have loved living here so far. The apartments give you plenty of sq footage and for a reasonable price. I was very impressed/happy with how nice the apartment is on the inside. It has a washer/dryer, fully-loaded kitchen, walk-in closet, balcony, etc. They have a good fitness room and a good-sized pool area. They are also pet-friendly! Lastly, they have a great community! The staff and residents are all very friendly, and the community is well-maintained. I am definitely re-signing with them for another year!

The buildings and apartments are great but it probably helps I got a new one. The mail room, pool and gym are all well maintained too. Gym is a little small but never too crowded in afternoons. Staff and manager setup fun events and communicate news often enough that I don't have to mark emails as spam. Very neighborly atmosphere with the other residents.

The Enclave at Dry Creek is a wonderful place to live. Colleen who manages the apartments is really nice and helpful. Moreover, Jodi is always friendly and very responsive to anything I need done.
I have been a resident at The Enclave since February 2020. I selected The Enclave because of the location, it’s close to Collins Aerospace, shopping, entertainment, and groceries. I have especially enjoyed the pool and the 24/7 gym. It is a great and safe place to live and it's nice having a warm garage to park in on cold winter days.
I am very pleased with my choice to live here!

This is easily the best apartment complex in the area. Not only is the community friendly but the staff is welcoming and super attentive. It seems as though they never stop looking for ways to improve the complex. The apartments are very modern and have a great amount of space. Overall, I feel very safe here and I love the location right off of Blair’s Ferry.

Overall I think The Enclave is a great place to live. The apartments are modern and very nice. The managers are very quick to respond to any questions and the maintenance is quick to do any repairs. They also just built a pool and bring in food trucks which makes for a good community feel. Living here is pretty much exactly what I expected and I don't really have any complaints. The old saying is you get what you pay for, well they have everything I was looking for in an apartment at a good quality and fair price.
