We strive to work together with families to help our children grow to their fullest potential. Is your child ready for fun and learning with exciting activities at 5 Senses School? The 5 Senses School is located in a residential area in a ranch style house. We offer three classrooms: one toddler, one preschool and one pre-k with a ratio of 6 teachers to 30 children.
Our programs are family orientated with a flexible/drop in schedule, ratios permitting. Within the hours of 7:00-5:00 parents are able to choose the days and times that meet their needs. By choosing from the following three programs, the Reading Public School year, our September through June year or our full year program, families are able to decide on what best suits their schedules.

Services
5 Senses School is housed in a residential home, offering 1 toddler, 2 preschool and 1 pre-k classroom with small ratios. We currently offer one toddler classroom with nine children and two or three teachers. Two preschool and one Pre-Kindergarten classroom with a combination of 20 children and 4-5 teachers.
If the ratios are within the Department of Early Education and Care guidelines then yes, you may drop your child off earlier than normal. Late pick up before 5pm, again as long as rations are within the guidelines. Please talk with the director on that day or in the prior evening for ratios. We invite parents to take an active part in their child's education.
Following the toddler guidelines put out by the department of education, in the state of Massachusetts, our teachers enhance the children's skills in the following areas; social and emotional, physical mastery, language and sensory. Through the use of recycled materials and other age appropriate equipment, we incorporate our "Green Way" philosophy for the development of each child's individuals needs.
We offer 2 classrooms through the ages of 2.9-4 years of age, we continue to further nurture social and language skills, increase attention span, and invite children to explore simple math and science while aiding in the development of their total being. We invite children to interact and learn about their community through the role-playing of various professions.
Our teachers provide materials and opportunities that allow children to experience the different academics that they will encounter in the public schools. With the aid of an alphabet box and estimation jar, the children learn various language and math skills that will help them now and later.
Teachers continue to promote social interactions as children meet, play and work together as partners, in small and large groups, to further encourage them to problem solve through situations, while learning in a friendly fun atmosphere.
