We are hiring for a part-time or full-time Early Education Teacher to join our team for the academic year. My son attended PSA from the ages of 3-5. He started in the morning program and transitioned to the afternoon program before he started Kindergarten. There are so many great things to say about Miss Kimberly and her wonderful school. Here are the points that stand out to me as making her program stand out from the rest.
Services
Preschool Social Academy has been a wonderful place for our son this year. Kimberly Higgins and her team have created a wonderful preschool. Their business has just the right mixture of age-appropriate curriculum and free play time. Our son has made wonderful first friendships at PSA, and he has made real social and academic progress there including potty-training, sharing, recognizing colors and shapes, and drawing with a tripod grip.
We reserve your spot ahead of time for the Open House so please submit your information below and we will return an email as soon as possible. During your visit, we will talk with you in more detail regarding our Curriculum, philosophy, application process. The school will answer all of your questions and take you on a tour of the classrooms.
This class will have mix of 3-5 year olds (including Pre-K children), where we will implement a differentiated and individualized Reggio inspired curriculum to support the range of learners in the mixed age group. Research shows and we've seen first-hand the benefits of the mixed-age model and are looking forward to enhancing the opportunities it provides.
Our school year runs through the last week in June and camp runs annually for July and August, so PSA is always in session!. Rush Out & Read visits! A volunteer organization run through the Winchester Library where elementary age children come to read to the students. PSA is seeking campers interested in signing up for both the summer session and school year.
The Preschool Social Academy offers a professionally designed, thematic curriculum; complete with lesson plans, assessments, portfolios and newsletters for parents to use as a guide. Children learn through hands on play and structured activities in our well organized learning centers. Our classroom is organized into "learning environments."

Our son has grown and thrived so much since he started attending PSA. He loves his friends and looks forward to going to school every day. The classrooms are beautiful and the kids are always engaged in a fun, stimulating activity. We appreciate the hot lunches! Most importantly, we appreciate how safe and happy he is there.

I cannot say enough good things about Kimberly Higgins and Preschool Social Academy! My husband and I wondered if sending Abby to "school" at 2 years old was too young, but it was the best decision we ever made. Kimberly teaches her students how to navigate social challenges in a developmentally appropriate way. Abby tended to be a bit shy in new social settings and Kimberly provided a nurturing and caring environment for her to feel safe and comfortable. Whenever I had a question (re: sleep issues, becoming a big sister, etc.) Kimberly was always willing to take the time and answer it thoroughly

We love PSA! My daughter has been in the toddler classroom at PSA for about six months now, and we have seen a tremendous difference in her since that time.
Sure, her vocabulary has expanded exponentially, she has learned her shapes and alphabets and numbers too. But the most important thing for us is to see how much she loves her teachers and the way she looks forward to go to school every day!
At her previous daycare, there was a constant shuffle and turnover of the classroom teachers, but at PSA she gets to see the same teachers everyday. They know her personality, her strengths and challenges

We absolutely love PSA! Our daughter has been a student in the toddler room for the past 9 months and we are so happy with our decision. We feel completely comfortable that she is loved, cared for, learning, and having fun every day. Our daughter's teachers make drop off easy, quickly setting her up with activities that they know will keep her engaged. Throughout the day the have structured, curriculum based learning made fun. They try to get outdoors as much as possible, especially during the summer with lots of water play. We love to see the daily recaps of the day's activities and notes about

PSA has been a great environment for my 4 yr old. After spending her first 3 years in another daycare, i was so apprehensive about moving her away from her friends in her last pre-k year, but the teachers at PSA have been so welcoming and nurturing from the get go! Apart from the loving environment, i noticed almost immediately that she had learned more in a month than she had in a year in her old school! There is a good amount of customized one on one time for the kids, great teacher student ratios and the classrooms are big&clean with lots of different activities scattered around-but not

We cannot say enough great things about PSA! Our daughter is in the toddler class and she has the most caring teachers. The lunch option is amazing (it has helped her expand her horizons on trying different foods). The curriculum is so fun and instructive at the same time. We already have our son signed up for the summer. So thankful that we found PSA!

I can't say enough good things about Preschool Social Academy in Winchester. I have had my 4-year-old daughter there for this past academic year. I had originally enrolled her at St. Mary's preschool in Winchester. My older son went to St. Mary's for Kindergarten and it was a great experience, however, this year there has been a lot of teacher turn-around, and the exit of a great experienced principal. When my daughter started at St. Mary's this academic year, her teacher often appeared overwhelmed and angry, and had a very short temper and often yelled at the preschoolers

We moved to Winchester from CA earlier this year, and to say that Preschool Social Academy has been a great choice would be a major understatement! Our daughter LOVES her school... she looks forward to going, and we can tell she's had a great day when we pick her up (she often isn't ready to leave). This has been a great source of comfort for our family, as we made this transition to a new home. I'm grateful to Kimberly and her wonderful team of teachers for taking great care of our daughter, and am thrilled with all that she's learning and the abundant amount of creative art and work she comes

We started PSA in the early summer for summer camp and continued through the first half of the school year so far. We absolutely love it! I have three kids who are all in different classrooms (ages 2, 3 and 5) so we know the school well! The teachers in each classroom are amazing. The two year old classroom teachers are warm and caring. They are invested in seeing my youngest progress with his speech (has a delay) and I never have to worry that he is anything but hugged, loved and taken care of. My three year old is in LOVE with his teacher in his room. He is excited to go to school every time

My daughter has recently started at Preschool Social Academy. This is my daughter's third daycare in her lifetime (due to multiple work related moves) and so we were anxious about transitioning her once again into a new environment. This anxiety quickly vanished largely due to the caring, cheerful, and helpful attitudes of the teachers and center director.
We love Preschool Social Academy.
The facility has been recently renovated and it bright, clean, and inviting to preschoolers and toddlers. I can not emphasize CLEAN enough! As a healthcare professional I have a very critical eye

My daughter, Sammi, is 4. She's been going to Preschool Social Academy since the summer of 2012. We love it there! The school has a low student to teacher ratio, 10:3, which provides ample opportunities for working individually with each child. I have been able to watch Sammi learn and develop so much through her work at PSA. Each day I get a personalized report about what Sammi has done/eaten that day at school, as well as what they are focusing on. All snacks and meals are provided by PSA, which makes it so much easier getting out the door! I love to hear Sammi sounding out starting
