This company is trying to rob us out of $1500. They claim that the carpet is stained and has to be replace. Our little 8 pound Chihuahua could not possibly cause that much damage. He is house trained and stays in his crate when we are not home. The carpet was not clean when we moved in. We have had multiple calls to maintenance regarding the HVAC that does not regulate the temperature properly to the upstairs bedrooms. The AC worked for a little while and would go out again. STAY AWAY FROM SEALY!

If you can avoid any apartments associated with Sealy, do it! I moved in last year and the back sliding door was broken, I immediately told my apartment complex (northbrook) and they never did anything about it. Fast forward to a few months later and I was broken into, stole about $1500 worth and that would have never happened if I would have had my back sliding door fixed. To top it off, I emailed the office to ask if I needed to have my floors cleaned, seeing that my spouse is the owner of a restoration company. The office told me I did not have to worry about having my carpets cleaned, well

I didn't believe my former neighbors when the reported the horror of disentangling themselves from this wretched company. But I should have known. It was ubiquitous. From little old retired ladies to police officers to college professors, Sealty Realty skinned us all. It's
