My inspector, David, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions and thorough with his responses. My appointment was for 11am and I found out that he was already at my property and had been there for hours!
Unfortunately, my property wasn't 100% complete, but David was very helpful.

I would highly recommend JJ for your home inspection. He provided a quick summary over the phone before sending over a very detailed report. Because of this report, we were alerted to an issue in the home that the Seller agreed to fix. JJ was very easy to talk to and I felt confident there would be no surprises once we took possession.

I used Vannier for my home inspection and have been super happy to have a company this organized during the stressful season of home buying. I opened escrow on a Monday and by Tuesday the inspection was taking place. JJ did my inspection and walked me through everything right then and there. This isn’t my first home, but it’s the first time I’ve had an inspection explained page by page to me. A neat feature I appreciated was the ability to create a “to-do” list directly from my report which has been fantastic to use when getting quotes for needed work. I’m not surprised to see the 5

Great service fast friendly and thorough inspection. The only reason they dont get 5 stars. Is one of main issues that the inspector found and told us about when they were in our home. Was mistakenly left out of the report. But even saying that I would totally recommend Vannier and would very likely use them again.

Daniel was outstanding! He found issues in the house we were thinking of purchasing a regular person wouldn’t notice. We highly recommend using Vannier Home Inspections. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly for our 1st year new home warranty inspection. They arrived on time, were very professional and thorough. Shoe covers were worn when coming in the house which we appreciated.
It was worth hiring an inspector for the first year warranty as they found insufficient insulation in the attic which will save us hundreds of dollars over the years. There were other items that we were not aware of and can now have repaired by the builder as well. No need to second guess who to use for your home inspection
