After an intensive search for an apartment in Fort Worth, TX, unexpectedly I received an email advertising Kensley Apartments Homes so my prayers were answered I found exactly my 2 bed, 2 bath, attached garage, 1st floor, washer & dryer included at great price. Other places that I toured were expensive ($2K per month) way smaller and farther away. I have to say that since I was not able to see my apartment until my moving in day, I was a bit concern due to some bad reviews I read about Kensley Apartments Homes, but thanks God, to my surprise, I was astonished how impeccable my apartment

If you love noise 24/7 during the day and want to hear other people fight like cats and dogs every night while you are trying to sleep, then this is the place to live. This place is incapable of Management, if a resident has a complain, they probably physical trash box and virtual trash box..no-one will hear you out. I can start to rant about this place but wise people who understand what living is peace is, they would not rent this place. beware of the excessive monthly charges and lease end charges. Edited 11/15/2021, it has been 8 months since I left and you guys have done the damage to my credit

The new manger is very rude and bad and doesn’t be nice and kind to the new customers or old ones that’s have lived here for years and she just sits in the office all day and doesn’t even check on the apartment or anything and she always makes excuses and doesn’t take blame for anything she does she just blames in on the super visor so what’s the point of her working here if she blames it in the super visor. DONT LIVE HERE!!! Anyways no one even knows who the super visor is so we can’t even complain to the supervisor.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Our lease ended in April and we continued living there until the FIRST week of August, until we found our new home. We left ALL of August AND September fully paid. Management had assured us we would only have to pay for the time the apartment was vacant, if any. LIES, we were charged partially for Oct (Mind you, they already had a new tenant since Sept) They have ruined our credit with their excessive move out charges/cleaning fees. I have been in my apartment since the end of July. I want to first say, I actually really like my apartment. It’s spacious and even though it wasn’t very clean when we got here and everything is older no big deal. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed or worked around. Literally every single baseboard is lifted throughout the house. The maintenance is usually pretty fast. Parking is never a problem for me. Even though the gate is broken it’s pretty quiet. Cars speeding in and out seems dangerous due to the amount of kids over here, but it seems safe otherwise. Property pretty clean and well kept

On the weekends the complex gets really dirty. The front office clearly asks people to place their trash in the bins outside their front door. The people who live here decide to do valet a "favor" and place the trash in front of the buildings. That's very nasty and embarrassing. It’s piles of trash in front of every building on the weekend.
There were roaches in my apartment that I finally got rid of.
Maintenance is slow; they take about a week to complete simple requests. They don’t always leave a slip saying they were in your home.
The stairs and stairways need to be power washed weekly

I moved to Irving about a 3/half months ago, I was new to the area so I was exploring looking for a new place to live.. I happen to come across Kensley’s, did my research and decide to apply. After applying & feeling out tons of paperwork, just to be told the next day couldn’t move there.. HORRIBLE.. I asked questions and know one could give me the correct understanding of why. So I left and decide to go up there the next day.. The next day I arrived there thinking you’ll be told the same thing. I proceeded anyways.. The worst apartment I've lived in so far. The entire staff is so ill mannered, racist and disrespectful. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would.
We lived on the 2nd floor and our downstairs neighbor kept complaining about our "walk". He kept calling the cops on us because according to him we were stomping while walking. Whenever the cops showed up, they were shocked because there wouldn't be any noise coming from our apartment hence, they never gave us a ticket or even a citation. If anyone has any information as to how Kristie can get any legal advice can you please leave that information on this forum please. That young lady did everything that she needed to do LEGALLY and was treated as if she was being evicted and if she WAS being evicted then the constable would have shown up with paperwork to serve her with. This young lady lost a lot of her property so that this complex could just throw it away, keep it or sell it. People need to start being held accountable for their fowl and unlawful and unjust actions.
