When you broke your jewelry by accidentally, you can ask for estimated repair price by sending us your jewelry pictures. Before mailing the item you wish to return please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can do that by emailing to ohmychristinejewelry@gmail.com. NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your exchange.

I purchased a wedding ring for my fiancé from Oh My Christine and the wedding proposal totally worked perfectly for both of us. My girlfriend loves the ring and she said it's prettier than other high end brands. Even though I was pretty picky about design, Christine was so nice to deal with my picky taste. I had specific design that I wanted for the engagement ring. But knowing nothing about a diamond ring, I had quite a bit of doubts and questions on my design. I sent email thru 'contact' and I received extremely helpful feedback. My first diamond ring buying experience was much more pleasant than the jewelers from the mall (very expensive but poor design and quality).
