Team Tofal recently helped me sell a home in a matter of a few weeks - Audra was helpful and professional throughout. They met with me before the house was on the market and gave some really good advice on renovations, i.e. what was worth investing in and what wasn't, recommended excellent subcontractors, and handled the listing and sale flawlessly. They even stepped in and assisted the buyer's realtor who was having issues negotiating the extra paperwork involved in a VA loan.

I never post reviews, but in this case it’s the least I can do. Team Tofal Realty and Audra Rhodes in particular deserves to be complimented on their performance. We have bought and sold properties eleven times in the last 15 years. Never have we had the pleasurable experience that we had with Audra. In January of 2019, we began searching for a home in Palm Coast. I contacted Team Tofal and the next day ( Sunday), Audra was showing us properties!! Over the next few weekends she showed properties and was always the consummate professional. We closed in the Spring on the house of our dreams and
