Was told no one had an app in for a rental. Spent all day sending needed documents to them. Forgot to pay the fee because I never rent anything. Spoke with the agent all day and evening and was never given a reminder when I asked if they had all they needed from me. The next morning I’m told, AFTER they took someone else’s app and fee and put them ahead of me, basically I didn’t get it because I had forgot to pay the fee. So, make sure you pay THE FEE if putting a rental app in with them. But then again, it may determine who you are if you even get it then. Because never really, did they

Dealing with the Selby Group has been such an awesome experience for us. Angela our realtor was so helpful and attentive to our needs from day one to our closing!!!! My family and I were disappointed that Melanie did not respond to my messages and phone calls regarding the beach obstruction and noise due to the road work. A simple apology for not communicating that roadwork would be happening during our stay would have helped. It would have been great to have been given the opportunity to find another… location. We had to purchase carts to get our stuff back and forth to the beach since beach access was moved quite a way down the beach. I guess our loyalty to Selby for the past 6?years did not mean much to them? SAD!

The Selby Group is a professional and proficient real estate company. I was anxious about buying a second home in Flagler Beach.
