MMI has seen communities, new and aging, that continue to flounder. Without a plan, without procedures, without financial objectives, each new board spends a year or so undoing what was done by previous boards and reinventing the wheel. In the end, nothing gets done. That's why we developed MMI's A Fresh Start for Your Community.
Board change bringing new priorities and objectives. Economic conditions change. Laws change. At MMI, we're ready to evolve. What's important is that the board and management communicate and develop a plan that entails processes, procedures, and policies that lead us to the current set of objectives.

The customer service is pretty bad. I've been waiting for some time now for them to come out and put a cage around my dryer vent. When the building was renovated it was supposed to have been done. Only one side of the building was done. Birds live in my vent now. Huge fire hazard and they don't care. They fixed a parking problem we did not have and have created a mess. A crew was out here last week working on building/window trim. They left nails all over the place. Several have had flat tires because of it. No answer when I call them and the mailbox is full.

I took a free course MMi provides to anyone with a computer (to find training on their website). It was titled, "So you're on the board now" - I had just joined my HOA board in the fall of 2020 and then immediately asked to become the treasurer... taking this course (it's in 3 parts) is going to be great!! Our condo association recently switched to MMI and we couldn't be happier. They've been exceptionally helpful during a difficult transition from our previous property manager. They've had to reconstruct two years of financials and tax returns with minimal records, redo all our vendor contracts, teach us how to hold meetings properly (they offer free classes for board members), bring us current on some repairs, and advise us on some policy and capital reserve updates. Their web portal is a dream come true... all our docs in one place, full transparency with the owners and board (with different access

I am a resident in the Chevy Chase Crest Condominium in Silver Spring on East West Hwy. The residents/owners do most of the upkeep of the condominium even the common area. They were to remodel one of the storage areas, which is common area. It took them 2 years and they only placed dehumidifiers and cleaned the drains. They did not paint, or clean the floors. The initial letter stated they would remodel the storage cages, that never happened. They have opened the area back up after COVID-19 with little to no work being done. When it rains the storage area still floors up to the storage cages. Very

MMI is a bottom of the barrell management company. They focus on condo associations where the boards are equally inept. They also assign substandard contracters to take care of common spaces and yardwork, which will slowly lead to the decline of your community. Additionally, customer service is completely non existant.
If you are a board or individual currently searching for a management firm, I urge you to not make the fateful decision to hire this incompetent company.
Counting the days until I sell my condo in the Spring.

I've been an owner in the Wood Creek community in Columbia. I hired MMI to manage my property. They were horrendously awful. Monthly statements were always incorrect. Every. Single. Month. The turn over in the accounting department is like a revolving door so everyone blames the poor lad who was just fired or quit.
Eventually, I fired them as a management company but I still have to deal with them because they also poorly manage the Wood Creek Community!!! Never go with the lowest RFP board members. You get what you pay for.
Better Business Bureau is on its way!

I have had great success with Majerle Management Inc. They manage my condo association at Brinkley Overlook and have been nothing but professional. Ms. MaShawn Hall is always spot on, professional and prompt anytime I need assistance regarding my property or getting necessary forms I may need completed. I have been very pleased with her performance and assistance with my needs.

I have been a tenant for an MMI property for two years now and can't say a single good thing about them. You may as well call them a collection agency because they don't seem to care about their tenants at all. I have had the same maintenance issues for 12 months now. Had multiple repair companies come out but never hear from again.
We had our first 6 month inspection scheduled and never showed. That didn't stop them from trying to charge me a "no show" fee. I called later to straighten it out and discovered that person has been terminated. A problem you would think would be fixed there on that

I am a home owner of a home managed by Majerle Management. When I moved there the HOA fees were 135 a month and they are now 200 a month and they are speaking on raising the fees again, however little to no changes have been made to the properties to accommodate the residence and/or to justify the boost in fees. In the 10 years I have owned my home in a Majerle Management property it has been the worst experience ever and it makes me not ever want to buy another property with HOA fees attached. Just recently we experienced an issue where they didn’t even bother cutting the grass for about 2 or

I've owned my condo in Devon Hills for 14 years (since 2003). I had wonderful experiences before Majerle Management took over. Since they have taken over management I've been randomly charged fees for snow removal, maintenance, etc that equal over 1,200$ (in one year!) I seem to get these random bills for random maintenances once or twice a year. Additionally, I've had to cover costs that are the responsibility of the condo association, because of their resistance and refusal to honor their commitments. I have also gotten random notices threatening to get services turned off because they have deemed
