Our company was founded with the belief that we can provide service second to none. Being rental property owners ourselves gives us the advantage of having walked in your shoes and understanding what good property management ought to be. We have high standards (the same standards we would have if another company was managing our own properties) and apply those to all our rentals.
We provide ongoing support to tenants well after they secure their ideal rental home. We complete all maintenance and repair tasks. If a problem arises in the rental home, our tenants can contact our team to have the repair performed on an emergency basis. We promptly respond to all tenant correspondence to ensure they know we are here to offer support and care.
While our services are designed to provide peace of mind, our competitive rates help owners net great returns on their rental homes. Our team uses their extensive industry experience to do market analysis and set best rental rates. The management process often begins with successful marketing campaigns designed to attract reliable tenants.
Property Assessment to determine optimal rental rate. We will do an initial review of the property and provide a rent assessment. We will also provide an assessment of items you may wish to consider prior to renting your property. We will provide a rent assessment at each lease anniversary and adjust rent accordingly.
Next Level Rentals offers a "Peace of Mind" package for owners who wish to have the upkeep of their property done without the hassle of identifying and coordinating work with several vendors. The package includes yard work, gutter cleaning, exterior window washing, snow removal, chimney sweeps, and air duct cleaning.

I am super appreciative of all that Nurith and team have been over the years! I initially reached out to Nurith via Craigslist about a beautiful kitchen renovation that she oversaw for one of the neighboring properties. She's made it easy to be a remote landlord. Their rates are economical as are repairs. My tenants have been happy with their Renan-facing customer service and always had their concerns addressed quickly. Our property management relationship ended with the sale of the condo and the sale was managed by Nurith. I valued her attention, service, and patience.

Nurith and the entire team at NLR have been fantastic with me and my property. From the start Nurith was extremely responsive to my inquiries. She walked me through the entire process. They helped me to find a great tenant for my property which included background checks and previous rental history. They dealt with rental payments and made timely payments to my account.
