I took my necklace in for repair and they told me no longer than a week- the repair was completed in 4 days- the reason I was so happy is another jeweler in the area I took another piece of jewelry to told me the same thing and it took over 3 weeks and I had to hear about his problems instead of him not trying to make his customer happy. I searched and searched for a jeweler who would resize my rings while I wait. Most stores wanted me to make an appointment to drop the rings and then return in 2-3 weeks. Intrigue understood my hesitancy of leaving my rings and allowed me to schedule a visit within a few days where I could wait AND watch the jeweler work on my rings. Not only did I walk out with my rings the perfect size but we also purchased a beautiful rose gold ring (which I didn’t really need but husband fell in love with it and so did I).

Don't bother going to the "cookie cutter" mall jewelers. This place is far above and beyond the chain stores. Such unique pieces at reasonable prices. Customer service is hands down the best. I ordered some simple little charms to add to a bracelet for my wife. Not only did they get what I asked for but some additional choices as well. Ended up with the option they ordered because it really was a better choice. Then I saw another earring/pendant set and ended up putting down payment on it. They are not pushy and you get more than you'll ever ask for !!

I was a customer of Intrigue Jewelers for many years. I originally took my wedding ring and my anniversary ring in to have them sized up. I've also taken two gold bands in to have them sized up. From the start I was not very impressed because upon sizing up my two rings the bands seemed very thin on the bottom inside. My anniversary ring has three bands soldered together. When I got it sized larger the three bands came back very thin as well. To me this was a set-up for failure because they were so thin. At the time, I figured they knew what they were doing and they were giving me a thickness

Cannot express what an AMAZING experience I had!! Shirley (and team) were incredibly patient, creative and knowledgeable - Shirley helped custom design a necklace from a ring I had (and even came up with a way to incorporate ashes from my grandma - ring was from my grandma, and I had a photo of my grandma wearing a necklace design I had in mind). It turned out BEAUTIFULLY!!! Seriously can’t thank them enough for the incredible work they did!! 🥰🙌🏻

I recommend my entire experience with Intrigue Jewelers. The lady who accepted my ring for repair was very courteous and helpful, answering the questions I had. The repair took 6 days, and I received a text when the repair was complete. The gentleman who assisted me when I picked up my ring was very pleasant, and the repair job is very high… quality. My engagement ring is 55 y/o, wedding band is 54 y/o, one anniversary band is 29 y/o, the other is 9 y/o, and they all look brand new! I lost my husband of 54 years in June, so the fine job they did is especially meaningful to me.

I will say first that I used to be in the jewelry business and HATE paying retail prices which usually have very high markups. So when my wife started dropping hints that she needed something that sparkled a little more I decided to bite my tongue and give it some thought. A good friend had mentioned Intrigue which was quite a distance from where I live but a couple of weeks later I happened to be working in the area so I stopped in to take a look and was very pleased with the selection, prices and friendly staff. If you take your jewelry here to be repaired, make sure it is insured!! I was gifted a ring with a very valuable gemstone in it, and took it to Intrigue to be re-sized. They returned it to me with a huge crack in the stone. I can't imagine that the jeweler didn't notice it, as the crack was obvious with a naked eye. I noticed it as soon as I brought it home and immediately brought the ring back to them. They didn't want to own up to the damage. Had a great first time experience here. I used the "free watch battery" offer for checking in and had no issues claiming it. They changed my battery on the spot. They also cleaned and checked all the prongs/stones on my wedding ring for no charge and it looked beautiful afterward. Finally, I had ordered a new charm from Etsy for a necklace of mine and took it in to have it added. I had every intention of paying them for doing it. But the kind lady did it for me free of charge since it was a quick and easy fix! So I walked away with a new watch battery, a clean ring and a fixed necklace

They folks are awesome! I walked in with a bracelet in need of repair. The nice gal at the counter took a glance and then told me to hang on a moment. She came back with it fixed and told me there was no charge. The can customize jewelry and place orders on items you want that they don't have on hand. Highly recommend!!!
