After several sessions of defining what his goals were, Jeremy has been happy living the life he dreamed of for himself and has the relationship he wants. He also can tap into his internal resilience whenever he feels uncertain. Has a partner cheated? Come in, and you'll hear compassion as well as strategies to work through the tough feelings.

You and I will connect with shared understanding of your experience that is a life-long journey, but satisfaction is immediate. Our journey will develop your inner resilience and lead to self-discoveries that while painful will lead to a life of great satisfaction.
Services
When there's anxiety about who you are, or uncertainty about who you want to be with, it doesn't feel good. Your stomach is tight and so is your chest. Breathing deeply is impossible, and self-care seems stupid. You're tired of stress, and stress makes you tired. People important to you become concerned, and this bothers you as this worry only amplifies your anxiety.
But a therapist can help you discover what might be hidden. Perhaps you have a dream that seems so distant. Maybe there's a hope you have buried deeply. You owe it to yourself to explore unchartered territory, so you can live the best life you can. So, Fred came to therapy, and this acting passion came out.
Cry, cry, cry, your voice may seem stolen from you as when you have strong emotions, your ability to speak becomes weak. You feel odd, as if the struggle is not real. With my compassionate, targeted techniques rooted in evidence-based practice, I allow you to be heard and to offer you help that is effective.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is here to specifically target trauma. Known for its powerful effect on PTSD and the ways in which PTSD manifest: anxiety, depression, etc., the mechanism of how EMDR works leads to powerful results that empower you again.

By not only focusing on cognitive processes and including the deep feelings associated with the challenge, it accesses the nervous system in a more direct way in a desire to ease the burden of the challenge on a deeper level. While an excellent therapy for resolving trauma, EMDR targets stressors that end up a part of our physiological "fight, flight, or freeze" system.
What are you going to do when you have to rush home from work and rush out the door again to go to therapy? Sure, you do it all the time for your doctor, but that's because they don't have online options. No more work is required than if you were to come to the office. You'll be sent the intake just as if you were my client in my office, and no complicated stuff to do either.

I have been working with Patrick since October 2020 and he is a wonderful therapist. He is very understanding, patient and a great listener. This was my first time doing therapy and Patrick made it easy to just talk. I would highly recommend him.

Patrick is such a great therapist. He is compassionate, understanding, great listener and he makes me see things in a new light. I am so happy that I found Patrick because I feel comfortable and he is great at connecting with you and getting to the root of the concerns at hand. I would highly recommend Patrick for individual and couples therapy because you can tell him anything and he is very kind and I feel at ease when we speak each week. If you are looking for someone that is honest, kind, helpful, and caring Patrick should be #1. Great man! I really love the LGTBQ as well makes me feel like

Patrick Tully is a fantastic, empathetic, caring, and phenomenal therapist. He has helped through a myriad issues, has given me coping strategies and exercises, and really works hard to understand his clients and their therapy needs. No need to look any further for a quality therapist. You've found the right place and person!

I have a had anxiety my whole life and sometimes you just need someone to help you through the low moments. I was lucky to find and work with an individual who truly wants the best for you. I initially went in to get assistance with anxiety management but ended up getting a lot more than that. Payment and insurance review were done before so you never had to worry about that, only focus on your goal. Give him a call or send him an email, he will get back to you and you'll be happy you did.

I hang out in celebrity circles and this therapist is mentioned consistently because he is that good. He's humble, down-to-earth and flexible. He takes some insurance but his cash pay rates are worth it for the wonderfully secure space he provides. I began seeing him on the advice of my friends and didn't want to deal with insurance and so I personally paid out of pocket. He is worth the weekly check-ins. He listens and is caring and honest. He is booked out for appointments regularly and I can see why. Being in film is not easy. I have to even post this review under an alias. But Patrick knows

Patrick is the best therapist I’ve ever seen in my life. He has helped me in couples therapy as well as individually to really understand the parts of me that I need to improve on including protecting myself. He’s extremely educated and understands how to be non-judgemental whilst giving you the best advice on how to live your best life. I can share anything with him, and he always gives me sound educated advice to make me a better person and prevent me from making the same mistakes I have made in the past whilst really analyzing, my life extrapolating data, and making connections to help me

I have known Patrick Davey Tully for several years and find him to be one of the most compassionate and kind people I know. Along with his wisdom as a therapist, he is a talented actor, writer, computer wiz, producer, and a dear and thoughtful friend. He has always been there for me when I needed logical and understanding advise. I am recommending his therapy sessions to the theatre and film artists who are both brave and vulnerable in this competitive profession.
