Karma yoga has ALL THE EXCELLENT teachers and a unique, lovely space.
Let me share my latest experience with one of the Karma yoga teachers, Santosh Powell, with the hopes that it will be useful for you if you are searching for a practice. I have been doing yoga as a committed but always as a beginner for the last 30 years now. Of course, I like yoga; I was sold for the mental and physical health benefits years ago! I run and all the stretches I do, I have learned in yoga. However, I actually never deeply enjoyed yoga throughout a whole full session at a studio (hence the never-ending beginner

I'm a Martial Arts/ Tai Chi Chuan instructor for 30 yrs and have taught in 5 states plus Australia over the years.
This yoga studio has no spirit or chi. Physically, the facility is small & full of Hindu clutter. The owner taught the class I took and she was was rude.
There are only 10 students b/c of covid but neither the instructor/owner nor any of the students or staff wore masks. 0ver 10 ppl in a small area doing heavy breathing postures without masks. No social distancing between students.
The Instructor, seeing I was a brand new student, never once welcomed me or acknowledged

Amazing studio that offers so much more than yoga classes. I love the Saturday class at 10:30am. It's inspirational and calming. I go to the class and my children go to the kid's class that takes place at the same time. It's the perfect environment for young children to be introduced to yoga while their parents practice with other adults in the next room.

I went to karma yoga today with my room mates. I previously bought a 20 pack at thier 50% off price SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I was told that my two room mates could share in the pack. I was told a note would be attached to my profile with the names of my roommates. We were able to share in the pack the previous time we went. Today however, the owner Katrina Gustafson. was at the counter and said that there was no sharing unless it’s among family members. I would not have bought this 20 pack if I couldn’t share it. “Family only!” Katrina Gustafson said. I would not have bought this pack if I

Karma is a truly wonderful gift to the Yoga community. It is the best space I have found in the city and I am truly blessed to be able to attend classes here. Thank you Katrina for your beautiful gift to our community! I have seen Santosh, Rebecah, Lisa, and Maya for classes and they are all masterful and truly loving. The real essence of yoga lives here!

Love this place!!! We did a sound journey here guided by Gentle Thunder (which is her Native American name). The sound journey was amazing and enlightening. The atmosphere at this yoga studio is that of being at a yoga retreat in Bali. They have different events here and their website is professional and easy to navigate. I would recommend coming here and if they do another sound journey, I’d recommend that as well!!

I recently moved back home to Denver from living in Los Angeles for twelve years, a place where yoga studios are as abundant and liquor stores. I was curious to see what kind of studios are here, I decided to try a few out and to my wonderful surprise I found this gem. Karma Yoga is by far my favorite piece of zen away from home. I am even hesitant about writing this review because my pride wants me to keep this amazing space all to myself. Everyone from the staff to the teachers are absolutely fabulous! There is an energy when you walk into the space that is so inviting, warm, and loving. There

I love Karma! I moved from SF to Littleton and make the 6 mile trek to get my yoga on at least a few times a week. They offer more than yoga so I encourage you to check out their schedule. My favorite perk is Saturday mornings because I can take my 4 yr old to the kids yoga class that runs at the same time as my class. Thank you Katrina and Karma!

I love love love Karma Yoga Center! All of the yoga instructors are fantastic, encouraging, and devoted to helping their students both spiritually and in their yoga practice. They provide many different types of yoga so you can try a variety and mix up your practice. I am particularly fond of Kundalini yoga, and this is one of the only studios in Denver that offers it. I also really enjoy the early morning 6:15 a.m. class to get my day started off right. Karma offers a lot of packages so you can make regular practice affordable, and they also offer some free classes to the community, which shows

I just moved to town and was looking for a new yoga studio. Karma was recommended to me by one of my friends. The moment I walked in, I felt right at home. Karma is an intimate, beautiful yoga studio with two separate rooms, a meditation room, a "store" and a waiting area with comfortable chairs and candles. All of the instructors are passionate and have their own style. My favorite is the live bhakti flow where a drummer drums along in person throughout the class. There is something for everyone here. I love it!

Hands down, this is the best yoga studio in Denver! I've been going here for three and a half years now, and even though I have moved away from the neighborhood, I still make it a point to attend Lisa's Monday and Tuesday night classes almost every week.
The teachers here are salt of the Earth, knowledgeable, and challenge you to be your best self through your practice. I would recommend this studio to anyone, from beginner to advanced!

Karma Yoga moved from S Franklin to South Pearl Street. It is now located on the upper level of the building it occupies. It's an absolutely beautiful space upstairs, with 2 rooms. One of my favorite yoga teachers ever taught a MindFree Friday restorative yoga class last week and I loved the room. I could see practicing vinyasa in the main room. It is so peaceful and calming.
There are two changing rooms, as well as two shelves to hold bags/purses and shoes. There is yoga apparel for sale and an all-around calming vibe. Go and check it out.
