Wow! I don't even know where to start. Renee and Rob are AWESOME! I am a first time time buyer and could not have had a better experience. Rob and Renee were amazingly responsive and effective in securing a loan under 3% and at a higher purchasing amount than other lenders we talked to. My wife and I are both self-employed first-time homebuyers, and they were instrumental in helping us navigate the new strict borrowing rules put in place due to COVID. Rob and his team have been great. They have a great process in place to pre-approve and prequalify you for your loan. This process has made the actual loan application process easier, because they already have everything they need. In addition, they presented several financing options and allowed us to choose which best fit our situation. They only would let me put in 5 stars, but if left up to us, I would give them a few more. While most mortgage transactions are pretty simple - ours was anything but. Complex, confusing, just a lot of moving parts. Through it all Rob and Renee were calm, cool and very capable. They were able to make this very complex set of transactions go smoothly. And when things hit a bump, they were there to answer all our questions and get us through this process. We owe them much more than a dinner - our sanity.

Talk about follow through and customer service! Rob and Renee are an unbelievable team. The took on the challenge of helping me refi my house.
They where able to deal with complication after complication with grace. Renee was my main point of contact and she has great communication skills and replies quickly.
Last week the new loan was funded! Because of the new loan I am saving money. I can finally rest, knowing that my house is in a good loan.

101 Loan Mortgage helped us close on our home. Our situation was a little unique because our car was totaled a month before we were closing and we closed at our credit limit. Therefore, although we were preapproved since we made a purchase of a car after we were preapproved there were extra boxes for us to check. On top of this we were on the pace to close in less than 30 days from making the offer. 101 Loan made everything happen for us.
