I emailed Trisha and reached out to her to let her know about a house she is currently selling at Apricot Lane, Concord, CA. The current tenants are loud, have large parties 2-3 times a week and may be detrimental/risk to your investment.
She let me know that the owners have been notified but they plan on taking no action since they are selling the house. She said there is nothing much that can be done and hung up - pretty unprofessional I feel.
This is just a warning to other buyers and agents that this should be disclosed to ensure you know what you are getting yourself into if you are considering

I worked with Tina at GoldenPoint Finance and I can't think of how my experience could have been better. I had never even considered purchasing but she worked with me, helped me understand what I could afford and held my hand throughout the process. She also is connected to a number of realtors in the area and that helped as well. Buying is stressful and I can't imagine how much more stressful it would have been if I didn't have someone I could completely trust.

Trisha and her team were fantastic to work with. Since the beginning they were very responsive and answered all the questions I had. I had a multiple loan situation and is more complex than the norm. We had to go through several different lenders to finally get one to fit my situation. Trisha was able to talk to the lenders and explain our situation. I don't know if other places would have done this because when I talked to other agents their rates were way higher and forget about going to the banks because they try to rope you in with teaser rates. I was worried that it was taking awhile

I was looking for mortgage refinance and was recommend from my realtor. Trisha explained to me the process and managed to get me the lowest rate in the short time. She also recommended the best option for my situation. Trisha and her staffs kept me updated about status of the loan.
