I would like to share my story with everyone in hopes that no other single mom or really anyone for that matter, has to go through what I have with the Woodcreek Apartments. I’m a single mom who is on a very fixed income and I inquired about the Woodcreek Apartments because they are incomes based. I spoke with the manager and after what I was told I calculated my budget and it seemed as though I would be able to afford the apartment without having to stress. It was $150 fee and a $250 deposit and they asked me for a double deposit because I don’t have any credit and I understood so I brought

When I first moved in, this place was great. By the time I moved out however, new management was in place and they are terrible. You started seeing trash around the complex, and things were deteriorating fast because they were cheaply built. The complex doesn't have a pool, but they charge rent like they do. And maintenance? Complete joke.. they can't keep someone hired because they refuse to pay someone a fulltime salary. What maintenance man would work for half pay for all the things that break around there? Air out? Wait for several days cause they don't have anyone to fix it
