AVOID ELEVATION ON POST AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
Here's yet another reason to not lease at Elevation on Post. They shut off the water to my toilet and never told me. Because of the weather, I thought maybe the pipe froze. When I put in a work order, their response was "oops, we forgot to turn your water back on". In their process of turning it off, they did something and now my toilet does not work. After examining it for about 10 minutes, the worker told me it might take too long to fix and left me to figure it out on my own. This is a health and safety concern that I don't want anyone else to have

They did an awesome job placing me in a wonderful apartment with an amazing view and great roommates! My roommate matches were dead on the spot great! I want to give a shout out to Alexa for doing such an AMAZING job walking me through the move in process, she made me feel right on home before I even moved in! She’s super sweet and helpful! And Shout to Meredith for doing such a great job matching me!

I just recently moved in this week, everything was very smooth. Key pick up was easy to find, no line. I was able to pull right in front of my apartment and unload. There were no major issues with my unit besides the dryer and when I went to put in a work order it was fixed the same day! I love it here so far!

This apartment was a horrible place to live at, the roaches are definitely on the lease. Management was horrible and the apartments are not well maintained on the inside. We were supposed to get a renovated apartment for extra money added to our lease and we got the kitchen half way renovated! It was horrible

If I could give this apt 0 stars I would. This apt was so horrible that to this day I’m still mad and leaving a review two years after I lived there. Infested with cockroaches, and an incompetent manager that overcharges once you move out. When I say infested I mean in my fridge infested and crawling on the outside of the building infested. Please don’t live here it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in San Marcos for 4 years at much better places: cabana beach and the ave!! Go look there

I moved here quick and in a hurry and the staff was very helpful and very polite. Although it is an older property, the units are well kept and homey. I absolutely love the maintenance team. Any time I needed to put in a work order, they were always very responsive and polite. There are times they have gone above and beyond just to make sure I was taken care of. There is plenty of visitor parking, and amenities are never more than a walk away. I really enjoyed all of the events in the leasing office as well as their Starbucks coffee machine. The cherry on top was that they have NO breed restrictions

Elevation on Post is a great place to live!
I absolutely love the staff and genuinely feel listened to and cared for.
Maintenance has a new supervisor who is doing amazing things! Brand new lighting around the property makes it much easier to find the complex. The recycling by the trash instead of up the hill is SUPER convenient for a big eco-friendly person like me. I see Alan (supervisor) moving around like a busy bee ALL THE TIME.
The two managers, Michael and Katie, work hard each day to improve the property (which is, I admit old).
Front staff, Michael and Tomas, are two dudes I love hanging
