Obtaining a parking space in the garage is on a first come, first served basis and limited spaces are available to residents for a monthly fee. We have partnered with RoomSync to provide a modern matching platform where residents choose their own roommates. After you complete the leasing process you will be emailed a link to join our RoomSync network.

As someone who has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, only a build process this unique would catch my attention. Cheatham Street Flats is such an exclusive modern property, utilizing Z Modular construction. I was super excited when my daughter wanted to move in. It’s in a great location within walking distance to attractions,… yet it’s still secure and safe with gated resident parking, secure elevators, and interior unit entry. The courtyard boasts an amazing vibe and I love hanging out with my girl on the fun modern viewing deck when I visit. #BestStudentHousing

This was the best apartment I have lived in in San Marcos! The staff was always super helpful and friendly and made it feel like home. If I ever had an issue with my unit, maintenance always came quickly. On games days, it was super nice to be able to go out on the viewing deck and watch on the big tv! This apartment is all around just a great place to call home!

I had a great move in experience. Here are some reasons why!
1) My apartment was perfect. It was very clean and all my appliances work perfectly.
2)The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
3)The common areas are well kept and seem to foster an environment of fun for residents.

Even though the units and rooms are small, and the floor plan wasn’t what I told it was going to be I’m still very excited to move in! Everything is so new and the location is EXCELLENT being right next to the square.
UPDATE: The Cheatham Street customer service is UNMATCHED. They really go out of their way to make sure each resident is happy. I really can’t wait to move in!

Toured the property last week and wow! Staff was extremely polite and sweet. Answered all my questions and showed me the best customer service yet! I was impressed with how well the property is maintained and kept. I will be returning to finalize and sign for a lease, excited to start living here this summer!
