Roach infested, had to end our lease and they still had the nerve to charge us for “cleaning services” even though we returned the apartment spotless. Management never on site. They don’t have our rental records from 2019 even though everything’s digital. Arris properties owns this and their business hours are 9-2. How is this place still in business?
