Andrea and the whole staff are awesome. We lived here for two years and only have positive things to say. The facilities are clean, the pool is amazing in the summer, work orders are executed quickly, the dog park is the perfect size...we’ve lived in five different apartment complexes in four states and this has by far been the best.

The living space is great! It really made us appreciate the facilities here during the pandemic. There are multiple playgrounds for kids, a dog "park" and a washing station that is outdoors. We have a nice patio too and I think some of the 1st floor apts have huge patio spaces. We think the price for our apt is really fair, but that is certainly subjective.
The managing company representatives, Andrea and Sonia, and the maintenance crew are very responsive, even during after hours and the weekend! Sometimes misunderstandings can happen, and they resolve it very very quickly and are sincere and

Nice community but Assistant Facility Manager Sonia is to be avoided. They have since 2019 November invested in online based customer interaction system which is useful for attending to all service requests. Andrea is a helpful and dedicated manager who is eager to help all current and prospective residents.

Will never forget this community in my lifetime. Very well maintained, clean, have ever seen any insect or even a bug in my period of stay, still there are so many plants and trees. Highly maintained sauna and swimming pool. Great value for rental we pay. Very friendly neighborhood and very helpfull office manager - Andrea. Thank you so much for you extended support.

We lived in RambleWood apartment for 1.5 years. The community itself is really great and the apartments are modern style and have a great look and feel to them.
However, there is something which I would want to point out to all future residents regarding the security deposit which the management takes while signing the lease.
So , the lease states that you have to return the apartment in the exact same condition in which it was delivered to you. BUT it also states that minor wear and tear is acceptable.
IT clearly states that minor stains on the carpet is ok as long as there is no major damage

1- Be extremely careful before signing the lease. If you don't like the apartment or you have some problem that you need to terminate your lease early, you have to pay the rent until your unit is leased again. However, this complex is notorious and that won't happen and you are locked in until the end of your lease.
2- Units are small with very thin walls. You hear your neighbor loud and clear. You are paying more than what you get. Don't fall in the trap that the units are new.

I have lived here for 7 months now and I’ve heard stories of pre-remodel but none of it is apparent to me. This is a fantastic small and friendly complex with very friendly and attentive management. If you have a pet in Fremont this is the place to be, the dog park and pet washing station are a perfect addition as living in an apartment with dogs is not easy but it is here. Anytime I’ve had a service request they are on it immediately. The convenience of the location to shopping and restaurants is nearly at your doorstep. It is one of the few economy apartments in fremont BART area. though it doesnt have any fancy facilities. I like it for the community and the lesser rent.
Plus:
1. Economical
2. Fremont Hub walkable
3. BART walkable.
4. Hospitals walkable.
5. Gated(though not always used)
6. Repairs are timely
7. Leasing agent is friendly.
Minus:
1. Not much of facilities like Gym, heated pool,card operated laundry rooms
2. Apartments are old.
3. No heater/dish washer.
