I have stayed in this apartment for 3+years. When I moved in carpet was wet and asked them why it was wet. Mgmt said they cleaned it with shampoo. They put fam for almost 4 days to let the carpet dry. It means that it was not a new carpet. When I moved after 3+ years they charged me for carpet cleaning 428.00 and says that carpet life was 60 months since i moved in. How can old carpet life will be 60 months? What happened to the carpet life before i moved in. Carpet life will begin whenever we move in? Even if it is old carpet? They charge too much after move out. Shame on you. Future residents

After a long search i ended up finding a nicer apartment home with Waterstone apartment Fremont. Chris was helping me for the leasing and it was a great experience with him. He did take care of all questions and leasing options etc. Thank you Chris. The staffs are extremely good and very responsive to questions. i would strongly recommend this place. we Love this place and especially for my kid this is the place she enjoyed seeing lot of kids and playing.

We are living in wanterstone apartments since 10 years , It was a great place to live and the community is really great. I stayed in both 1 and 2 bed apartments everything looks great. The maintenance and the staff are really very helpful. The schools near by are also really great.
Michael is really very nice guy , he responds very quickly. And fast action for any kind of maintenance request.

I'm not quite a resident yet, very soon though. Chris is our leasing and was very helpful in the application process. We are both seriously impressed with the grounds and our future apartment. A few questions linger about little things, but overall, we're excited to move into our new home.

We just moved to Waterstone in April and so far we have had a great experience. When we came to look at the apartment, Tina from the office was incredibly helpful. She laid out all of our options and made the moving-in process very clear and easy. We had some trouble with our last apartment complex and Tina was a world of a difference, responding quickly to our inquiries and always following up with us. We love our apartment layout, the natural light, and the AC. The community is clean and there is a washer/dryer on every floor! Would recommend.

We moved here less than a month ago and we had a terrible experience with them. While moving in, we saw the whole apartment was as is after the previous tenant left. Nothing was clean, doors and balcony wall was broken, the oven had a huge crack, ceiling and wall had holes. There was no choice left for us because we gave prorated rent and deposit… to them before moving in. Then we moved in but the community was really bad. The residents in the building are very noisy, their children always play in the stairways as they own the whole building and make shout all over the day. They do mess
