The apartments are in a good location but they charge excessive deposits and don't return the money back upon move-out. Charging almost $700 after the move-out is just crazy even with all the cleaning, etc. There are a lot of noise issues. They were doing some maintenance on one of the units right below us for almost 10 days causing loud drilling noises without even informing us and upon telling them about it, all they could do was to give keys of a community room so that we could work. Plus, there are a lot of kids around and there is usually a lot of noise. The apartment quality is very poor

The apartment is very good and spacious. The location of the apartment is really great, everything is very close by and the Fremont hub is opposite and within walkable distance, you will find all the groceries. Nanie (Melanie) the manager and the team has done a really good job. The maintenance team is also great, within a day they come and fix the problem. They have all the events and functions celebrated in the community. The location is also very safe. No issues with the guest parking, plenty of guest parking available. The overall experience at Lakeview Apartment was great.

2. Floor plans are good and the prices are in decent range, some good discounts like Complete one month free and every $50 off of every month 3.Walkable to Fremont hub shopping center
4. Manager Melanie(Nany) and her team are very polite, friendly helpful and supportive.when the tenants have unplanned Visa issues and lease break issues team was supportive and helpful, i personally had sort of unplanned lease break and team helped me a lot.
I personally strongly recommend to Live in.

4. Management persons are polite and friendly. This is completely based on my personal experience.
5. Kids play all-around screaming and biking which in our case we are fine but if you are looking for a calm place then this may not be the right one.
6. The thefts can happen regardless of gated/non-gated. Since the last apartment I lived in was gated but my roomie's bike got stolen. Also this place is near to Shopping area so less secure. Better not
