Wrost community in fremont. Neighbour making noise all the night. They are renting people without checking background. Bart is near by so anyone can stay in apartment. Indirectly are you getting what i try to say. Manager kelly is always unavailable. If you do any complaint she never listen. Never ever try to rent here. I want -10 rating but not possible.

I was rented studio for four month. Pros is grossary stores and bart is near by. cons are 1) leasing manager (Kelly) never available in office or on call. You never catch her for any issue. 2) they will deduct from your deposit even if everything is all rite. we clean the full studio before vacant still they charged me. I have vacant earlier because of my job change. I requested them for notice except but they stick in lease agreement but it was fine but deduction from deposit is unacceptable. 3) Community always make bad smell when you enter. it's liked indian dirty guest house.
