No parking garages, no downtown traffic to fight through. We have been providing legal services to clients in Clackamas, Multnomah, Marion, Washington counties and throughout the state of Oregon since 1973, when Jon first began his practice in Gladstone.
If you have been arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants ("DUII" or "drunk driving"), it is important that you contact a criminal defense lawyer immediately.
If you failed or refused a breath test following your arrest, under Oregon's Implied Consent law you must request a DMV hearing within 10 days following the date of your arrest, or your driver license will automatically be suspended by the Department of Motor Vehicles.This is true even if you are never ultimately convicted in court of DUII.

Judge Jon Henricksen was super polite and patient! We had a small ceremony for our wedding we had a handful of people attending and he was very patient while we were waiting for some to arrive. He did it in Spanish for us and it was prefect. I will definitely recommend him for anyone looking to have a Spanish ceremony and anyone in general

I called this office regarding a personal injury claim. The lady who answers the phone is quite the air head. She has a hard time understanding how to book appointments. Then after a five minute hold, I was told this office does not handle personal injuries. If that is how the secretary is, one could only imagine the attorney! That was an exhausting 15 minutes ripped out of my life. Good Luck!!!!
