Estee is the real deal - a beautiful person inside and out - who takes her practice off the mat and into the world. Whatever your level of practice, you will (as I have) benefit from her instruction.

If I could give Estee 10 stars, I would. That's just how amazing and wonderful she is.

After many years of super intense/athletic yoga, finding myself in Estee's class was a REVELATION. With Estee, I discovered what it was like to have balance and harmony in my yoga practice. She has been a true inspiration to me, both on and off the mat.

Here are the reasons why Estee is 10 stars, amazing and wonderful:

1) Estee, the human being
She is unbelievably kind, compassionate and approachable. Estee is the nicest person I've ever met. Truth. You can't help but feel at total ease

Estee is amazing. I see her four days a week and my arms and my soul have benefitted immeasurably. Her class is just the right mix of spirituality and fitness; sweating and relaxation. I can't get enough.

This is a cut&paste from my review of the yoga tree:

this review is for ESTEE:

i feel 'meh' about the few other instructors i've sampled here, but estee is fantastic!

1. she is very clear when giving directions and demonstrates the poses as we move into them

2. she goes around the room and minds people's posture, giving the adjustments the entire duration of the class

3. she gives variations for everyone, so you can adjust and make the poses more gentle or challenging depending on your body that day

highly recommended, and dont forget your mat!
and you can check

I heard someone call Estee's class a 'slow burn', and while this is true 'cause her classes get STEAMY, I also appreciate the cooler side of things: her voice is like ICE CREAM on a hot day - SMOOTH, CALMING, and leaves you WANTING MORE. I love that she'll get you moving so you can feel the heat, but then she gives you time to settle into the poses and really BE there, rather than flying off to the next pose. She always gives options for various levels and has a way of making you feel ok for backing off & mellowing out anytime you want. I'd highly recommend

It's always such a treat for me whenever I can get over to Urban Flow for one of Estee's classes. Her sequences are always different and it's nice to mix it up during class. What's also nice is that she has such a calm and relaxing demeanor during class so you don't realize that you're getting absolutely WORKED during class.
During our last class she really lead us out of it slowly and after class was over both my friend and I agreed that we didn't want that savasana to end. Great job Estee - looking forward to many many more!

I had no idea how lucky I was when my regular yoga teacher was unable to make it to class and Estee Fletter turned out to be the substitute. Her flow was the most wonderfully rewarding sequence of movements I'd ever done. From that day forward, I've been singing praises for Estee.

The flow is so throughly thought out, with the rhythm and pace of the class beating throughout your body. Her classes are vigorous, a challenge to both the body and the mind; with an uncomprable reward of peacefull blissfulness at the end.

Estee has no idea how good she really is and I think that is what

Hands down, my favorite yoga teacher in the Bay Area! Estee is amazing, she approaches her life and teaching with a balance of softness, yet maintains her firmness. First impression, one might think that her classes are gentle, but let her prove otherwise.

Her classes are deeply rooted in the origins of yoga, she has studied with masters Bryan Kest and Rusty Wells, just to name a few. She teaches throughout the Bay Area, but I recommend her classes at Aha or Urban Flow. She also subs for Stephanie Snyder at Yoga Tree.

I love Estee, and once you understand how much she has sacrificed to teach
