I truly truly truly regret moving here at Keswick Apartment. Since I have been transfer here my light bill has been running between 400.00 to 600.00 dollar which is crazy. I have made several complaint, until I had Dominion Energy to come out to see why my bill is running high. They stated that my unit is running on Emergency and the thermostat is not compatible with the unit outside. Get this, the front office is saying that Dominion Energy does know what they are talking about. This is the funny part, the maintenance came in this week and he stated that I should put a blanket over my stair way

I enjoy living here but the guy that they have cleaning the apartments now is weird and a bit much. His name is John and he's been adamant about getting with me. At first I'm just like ok it's harmless flirting but lately it's been a bit much. Like sir I don't want to hear about how much money you making and your fancy cars. I just want to go home and be in the air condition. I hope no one else is being targeted but if this continues I may need to seek help from law enforcement officials.

I have been in the Keswick Apartments for the past two years. I have always had a optimistic perspective on everywhere I have ever lived. Even when things happen I never changed my attitude until this past weekend. The following are things that have happened in the past year:
1. Super Bowl Sunday; a guy comes into my apartment drunk and I have to physically remove him along with his dogs.
2. The parking lot has kept getting smaller and at night you don't have many options to park. If you park in non designated areas then you will be towed immediately.

The keswick was the worst decision
I could have made for my family. We needed a place to stay while looking a home to buy. The goal was to stay a the Keswick for 1 year. I barely made it 8 months. I had a termite infestation, worm infestation, upon entry rotten wood, mold. Please see all pictures attached.

Honestly would not recommend to anyone. For the quality of apartment, amenities, and office staff, not worth the amount I was charged monthly at all. You’ll pay about $50 a month alone for water and sewage and way too much for rent. If you request any maintenance to be done it will likely take 2 or 3 visits before it is completed somewhat correctly. My dishwasher still leaked every time I did dishes. High crime rate as well in this area. Could not leave complex one morning because an entire police team was doing a drug bust in apartments behind me and blocking the driving route out. I noticed

We rented at The Keswick Apts for a total of 3 years and 7 months, recently purchased a house and moved. Departure process was smooth and Miss Kay was very helpful, as well as the wonderful office staff. Great place to live, peaceful and quiet. A lot of military, some renting for the short term due to various deployments and some really long term remnants. The maintenance and office personnel are always on top of things, we've had a few small issues over the years and they were prompt and professional. No matter what property you rent, there will always be subjective opinions. I can tell you

During my visit with a resident of The Keswick
I noticed a car parked on the curb blocking a fire hydrant. When leaving I stopped at the office to let them know. They told me that the resident needs to complain about this situation not me. Peoples lives are at stake here if the fire department can't get to a hydrant to put a fire out. What's wrong with this picture?

The manager lady is so rude. But the assistant manager gentleman was really nice and helped us. The manager there was screaming at my husband when I was deployed and then 2 other woman also came and intensified the situation. She was not help at all and was very condescending. We tried going to higher management, but all we got from them was an "oh no she has been good worker and blah blah." Yeah, because you are her boss she is going to act all nice around you. Beware of the main management here, Ms. K needs to learn how to treat customers. We were really happy to leave this apartment

I lived here in two different apartments over the past few years. I love how peaceful the community is, how clean the grounds are kept, and the dog park area is cute. I met some super nice people while I lived there too. The actual apartments need quite a bit of maintenance though. When I lived there they only had one maintenance person. If they would just be more responsible in that respect I would have given them five stars. This community has a lot of military, retired, families. It's so much more peaceful than other places I've stayed because management won't put up with riffraff

Not a great place to live. Here is my experience when I was looking around Columbia for an apt the Keswick employees assured me that they had maid and grocery service I asked and double asked to make sure I'm 100% DV and would need help cleaning well I called a month after moving in(8.15) and was told they no longer offer the maid service.. I asked when did this end she told me in June.. Wow lie# 1. The next time I asked about the grocery service.. I have RA and was having a flare up. I called and asked could someone get groceries for me. I'm a single parent and needed food for 1 night
