A question we often get is "So, why Coda?" Our name originated from the symbol "Coda, " used to signify a concluding passage of a piece of music or movement. For many, your home is your own personal Coda. It's where you wake up motivated, ready to take on the day and where you look forward to bringing each day to an end.
Coda at Bryant Street is home to a community of people who relish the details, value the friendships, savor the moments. So we designed our space to spark those experiences more organically and more often. Gather with friends and family in the clubhouse lounge, work up a sweat in the gym, or bump into a neighbor-turned-friend at the coffee bar.
Located on Rhode Island Avenue and steps to the Red Line, Coda at Bryant Street offers the best of both worlds: retreat to your secluded enclave in the city, while Shaw and Metro Center are just 10 minutes away, Nationals Park, the Wharf and Capitol Hill just 20 minutes. Having Metro, bike trails and major roads so close to home makes easy work of coming and going, yet Edgewood itself has much to offer as well.
Our one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom with den residences are perfectly designed for your remote working space, allowing you to create an area of your home that is for work only. Whether it's a desk in the living room or a slightly repurposed extra bedroom, your defined work zone will help you stay focused and productive.

Lived here, and thought it was a good property except some safety concerns. However, I changed my mind more and more and choosing here was one of the biggest regrets this year. When I started to think of moving somewhere safer, unavailable parking spaces are suddenly available and handed to me. When I actually decided to move out, the attitudes I got were just diving. After moving out with paying reasonable&unreasonable ‘non-penalty fees’, one day I got an email telling me I received a package in the Amazon hub. Two days later, I drove a long way there and the concierge treated me badly. I

I've been living at Coda for nearly six months, and I couldn't ask for a better place to live. The community is amazing and the people that work in the building when I first moved in were exceptionally nice. I would always be greeted with smiling faces, hello and goodbyes. I would even see the same leasing office and concierges at the community events which was a great personalized touch. Amber at the property is amazing and Ainsworth the concierge is just awesome! He must work just about every day but he is very attentive and also doing walk around the apartment building just makes it feel safe

I have lived at Coda for a few months now and I must say I have only received stellar customer service! The leasing team is very responsive and communicative. Maintenance is at our door step within hours of any request and goes above and beyond each time. The concierge team is always there to lend a helping hand. A special thanks to Ainsworth who treats everyone who enters the door as family and always eager to help. I am OBSSESSED with my apartment and can not thank the Coda team enough for their professionalism and commitment to service!

Concierge hours are 4pm-12am and lobby still will be empty. So that means no one will be here to take your packages. Package rooms experiences difficulties working. Your packages will be sat in the open for anyone to take or it just won’t be delivered. Neighbors stomping over your head because floors are wood. Rude staff, won’t even speak to you if you are a resident. Wont answer your complaints in a timely fashion but will be quick to reply if you leave a bad review. Did not properly show the property, I had to figure how to work the appliance on my own. Never was told where the rooftop was

I love it here at Coda, and would highly recommend. I moved to DC from out of state and instantly fell in love with the building. There are lots of up and coming things around the building and the neighborhood that really give you that DC city experience. Being a woman I feel extremely safe due to the security as well as the indoor garage. The staff from the concierges as well as the leasing office, and property manager are super accommodating and attentive to my needs. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help and do anything they need to do to make you a comfortable resident. The apartments

I toured over 10 places in DC in many different neighborhoods and nothing else beat Coda at Bryant in terms of service and quality. Cori and Caroline were amazing and have continued to be amazing from tour day to move in day even to now one month into living at Coda. As soon as I finished my tour, I applied for a lease within two hours. The building is new and very well designed. The amenities and apartment appliances are also brand new and very up to date. The location (to a grocery store and the metro and being right off Rhode Island Ave) is honestly a big big plus in this city. Also this area
