Let me start by first giving praise to the wonderful staff at Meridian! Rosa, I feel, is part of the family and has grown to know us all over the past 16 years. Anytime I walk in, I am warmly greeted and Rosa asks about the family. My family has literally been living in one of the properties they manage for 16 years!! James is incredibly wonderful, very professional, and represents Meridian beautifully!! He made time to meet with me, when requested, and made a personal connection, much like Rosa has always done. Horrible! These people will try to rip you off when you move out. I feel sorry for the receptionist that works here. Shes a decent person. Run in the opposite direction and avoid this company. These people are nice while you're renting their properties but in my experience, the problem was when we moved out. I find that a company who has no morals but takes advantage of the law to rip people off are disgusting. The apartment was left in better condition and cleaner than when I moved in (not an exaggeration). They lied about some things being broken and some BS cleaning fee. All in the end to keep

I lived in a rental for years and never had a problem. Any time I had any issue I called and the issue was addressed. Staff is awesome! especially Rosa! I had to move because my family grew and we needed a bigger place. After the move there was no issue with the security deposit. Within a few weeks i received my deposit at my new address. I received about 80% of my deposit back the other 20% went to wear and tear we were there for multiple years so that is understandable. I would definitely rent from them again. I also highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent :) Thanks for all the years

I cannot remember if I ever used Facebook to review a business (personally and not as a corporate officer) but I've worked with the best and I've worked with the worst and Meridian is THE best. After almost 25 years and three locations Meridian is the only choice for me. Specifically, good communication, knowledgeable advice, sound procedure, and timely follow-up are priorities. Even had a phone message from a business that you dread to get? Well, I have; and if Meridian is calling me I know it is already under control.

I've worked with the Meridian Property Management team for several years now, and they have always been diligent about communication, transparency, and providing their best possible assessment of any given situation, along with clear and thoughtful recommendations on a path forward.

James is quite possibly the rudest person (if you can even call him that) on the planet. This is what I thought until I met his father, David. This guy is a real piece of work. He will run his mouth incessantly and try to intimidate you instead of trying to do an acceptable job or run an honest business. They will talk down to you and walk around like they are better than everyone else. One can only imagine that they sit around in the evenings and take whiffs of their own flatulence out of crystal stemware. James and David are human garbage.

I don't understand the bad reviews either . My wife and I have used them for the past 3 years and have had nothing but success and ease using them as a company . Anytime there is an issue we are contacted and the situation is then resolved . They are extremely affordable compared to another group we used to use .

I would give them absolutely no stars if that was an option. I have had the worst experience with this company our plumbing sucks and has flooded our down stairs 3 times causing mold in the walls and they tried to tell me mold wasnt harmful to my kids health as if i was stupid or something. And then they refuse to do actual repairs that were needed and didnt bother getting rid of the mold or fixing the plumbing there was many other problems as well . I am moving asap. I do not understand the negative reviews. I have done business with this firm for over 18 years and have the utmost respect for their entire staff and business practices. They have a superb maintenance group and when they cannot perform a task, they have a terrific group of outside contractors that are always professional and reasonable. I wish all the businesses I work with had the integrity of the owner, David Buster. They have my complete confidence in managing my condo.

This Management co has budget friendly apartments, I have rented two of their locations and had the majority of my deposit transferred with me to the new apartment. There is always a cleaning and a pro-rated charge for t-up painting everyplace I have rented. People that think they are going to get their entire security deposit returned are not reading their agreement. Meridian does not charge BIG deposits which was nice when I was moving in, especially with all the costs of moving. I would rather paid for the services than have to do everything myself. Speaking from an owners side, and someone who has had 10 different property managers over the years, Meridian Property Management is by far the WORST property management company I have ever dealt with. Earlier this year, I had to totally redo a kitchen remodel that Meridian had just done a few short years ago and charged me over $10,000.00 to do. I had to gut the kitchen, floor to ceiling and replace everything. Improperly deduct your security deposit after 1 1/2 living from one of their location. Charge normal wear and tear repairs for new tenant, upon move out inspection, the employee assigned for this property indicated that I left the property in good condition and when requested for a move out inspection, the employee does not have one, instead it was just written on a note pad. Property Management does not respond to phone call, insisting on letter correspondence. Beware, strongly advice you cover all your tracks when renting from them.

Worst management company EVER!!!! Owner (David Buster) is a SLUM LORD!!!! Does nothing to fix problems with units or property, swings his weight around when a tenant tries to submit a request for a broken heater or garbage disposal to be fixed. He should be run out of business!!! He had his units arranged as "month to month" leases so he could force tenants out if they made necessary maintenance requests. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
