OC Pro Property Management is your go-to firm for renting in Orange. We left message after message for other agents, and Jessica was one of the few who called us back. She learned what we needed, and directed us to the right property. Very responsive and friendly. Kristi worked with us to fix the few maintenance items at move in, and Mitch helped us out when we ran into a small roadblock. All in all, an outstanding experience!

We have rented 2 different properties having OC Pro as the Property Management Company. Mitch and his team have been so easy to work with. They have been super responsive when there were maintenance issues, they helped us find our second place to rent, they communicate well, they have been easy to contact and everyone is really nice. Would highly recommend if you are looking to rent a place, call them first and see what they can find for you.

OC Pro is such a breath of fresh air! They manage the property we rent in South County. I've had multiple requests for repairs and maintenance and they always respond right away. In two instances, repair men were at my home within 2 hours of my call. Their online portal is so easy to use and streamlines the rent payment and repair request process. From experience in working with other PM companies, OC is the best... by far! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm a Realtor but my company doesn't allow us the manage property so I've been using OC Pro for years. I am very happy with the way Mitch and his staff interact with my Clients. The fees are good and they are on top of paperwork. Also as a bonus they help to maintain and improve the buildings as needed. It's hard to find someone to trust with all the details but these guys know what they are doing.

Probably the worst realtor in the country, these thieves were managing a property of mine while they let a delinquent tenant live in my investment property for 6 months not paying a cent! And I still had to pay all there fees! They allowed squatters to forge employment documents and move into my house unvetted! My house was completely trashed and dreams were shattered by these monsters! I am currently speaking with the FTC to have this company closed down permanently, don't let them destroy your life like they did mine!!!! Avoid at all cost!

I found a gorgeous house on their website for lease. Dave was very helpful by going out of his way to show us the place and answered all the questions he could. Once our applications had been submitted, I called OC Pro every other day to see if there was any progress with the potential house. A week turned to two weeks. Almost every time we called to check on the progress, Christi would answer with a big I DON'T KNOW. She told us to contact Dave again and said that him and some mythical "Mitch" were working on it together. Dave informed us that they were trying to throw us around

If you're looking for a management company that works well for the tenant, then look at their properties. They have a convenient online rent pay and maintenance request. I have been using OC Pro Property Management for over 5 years. While I have heard horror stories from other owners about their property management experiences, I am pleased to say that I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Want to know how I decided to go with OC Pro? I picked up the phone book and started calling all the management companies. OC Pro was the only company where I actually reached a human on my first try. Everywhere else didn't even answer the phone, or required me to leave a message. After three years at the property, I've seen OC Pro take active steps to address and make positive changes towards concerns I initially had. They have adopted a new payment system that makes automatic rent payments significantly easier, and they have been quicker to resolve problems surrounding maintenance repair. I hope they continue forward on the right track.

I am asking for opinions on timeline for getting a washing machine timer fixed and two control knobs on a stove.
I have been waiting now over 3 weeks. OC Pro responded to my latest request by stating ""I have contacted the appliance repair company a few times for an update. I finally heard back and they are saying that the parts were ordered but are taking longer than expected. I'm so sorry for the delay and lack of communication. I will stay on top of them and make sure that they contact you when the parts come in"
I don't expect a lot, however, we are doing our laundry

Maybe if "Mitch" was as responsive to his customers (possible tenants) as he is to a bad review they'd get better reviews.
We offered what we thought was fair for the house. If you (and the homeowners) weren't ready to take our offer you should not have taken our money to run our background, and you definitely shouldn't have strung as along for a month and put us in a tough situation with us not having a place to move into given our timeline (which we communicated prior).
